+ -1 moreTony Mundy has the experience to work with county authorities to assure all requirements and permits for the demolition and grading are met. He has provided his knowledge of his trade to the authorities who have approved in principle his plans for the property. Now my wife and her family are moving any thing of value from the house and within a few weeks Mundy Construction will take over to remove and improve the land. Tony has stayed in touch via phone and e-mail every step of the process decision points and has given us the confidence to know my wife's family home is in good hands of someone who cares about the family feelings about the property.
Description of Work: Tony Mundy owns the demolition, waste container and construction company. I have known Tony for 15 years beginning as a high school friend of my son. My wife owns a lake house in Lexington County, SC that needs to be demolished. Tony has made 2 trips to the property and met us to go over his ideas of how to remove the structures and make the lot something to be proud of until the future of the site is decided.
