CBS Painting is faith based, Sole Proprietorship. It is owned and operated by Cleveland Samuels. Employees are selected as a coaching effort to help young people get back on their feet. CBS Painting subcontracts paint jobs through notable General Contractors. We are liscensed, bonded and insured to operate within the CSRA and its surrounding areas.
