They came to look over the door to see what part was needed, then came back on scheduled day. It took them about 20 minutes. They were respectful and professional.

I would rate my experience with Mike/Xtreme Door Systems an F! Mike/Xtreme Door Systems was highly, highly recommended to me by a previous customer. I contacted Mike and scheduled an appointment for him to install a garage door opener. I was unable to keep that appointment so I called and rescheduled for a later date. On the day of the second appointment, Mike did not come to install the opener and did not call to provide an explanation. I contacted him the following week to ask if he had gotten my address confused, etc. and he admitted that he had made a mistake, apologized and we rescheduled the appointment for a later date. On the day of the (third) scheduled appointment, I contacted Mike to ensure he was still coming and he said he was leaving his shop and on the way. However, Mike never arrived to the appointment and he never called to provide an explanation. I am very disappointed in his lack of professionalism and integrity. I can't speak to the quality of his work but if his follow-through is any indication of the quality of his work, I may have dodged a bullet.
