The entire process went well with MTG. They were punctual and professional when providing our estimate and performing the work. Their estimate was accurate and completed as expected. MTG dug out a sinkhole in our backyard, filled in with dirt, and planted grass seed. The sinkhole occurred because of rotting stumps left by the builder of our home. They removed all of the debris, filled in the hole, and then brought in fill dirt to grade the broader area. I would use MTG again.

They had to reschedule. When they gave me the estimate, I though it was over priced compared to the other quotes.

It never did go! I called 3 times, left 3 messages, no one ever returned my calls. Screw these jerks! So what, you may be extremely busy. Be considerate, be professional, return your freakn messages and let your potential customers know that you are too busy at the current time to take on new work, or whatever man.

When James came out to give the estimate for the work, services were discussed as needing to be done but the estimate was very general. That was my mistake. They did not do all the work that James and I discussed when he came out to give the estimate. When I asked the work crew about it, I was told they didn't feel it was necessary but if there was a problem to just call the office. When I did, I was told I would have to pay an additional $800 to get it done. MAKE SURE YOU GET A VERY DETAILED ESTIMATE FROM THIS CONTRACTOR.

We have used him twice and have been reasonably satisfied. They charged us quite a bit and part of a job that we got a bid on was not included in the work they did. Later they charged a little extra for it which we thought was a little bit too much. Otherwise we were pleased with their service. They did some grading where we had some erosion and they took care of that. They seemed to do a good job and they were reasonably priced. The sod was reasonably priced although we did not get a portion of the work done and they charged a little bit more than we had anticipated so we didn't do it. Otherwise we were satisfied. There were a number of pieces of sod that shouldn't have been laid which a lawn expert told us later because they were totally dead. We have several brown spots. We are satisfied for the most part but there were parts that could have been done better.

We really like the estimate. We’ve had work done before and have been happy with it.

They're pretty reliable when I called but compared to other companies they're a little steep. They do good work because they are well-known around in this area.

While our landscape was thriving, our very large ground level deck and walkways presented quite a challenge. Our home sits below our neighbors and when it rained we got all of their run-off. The water would run through the yard making some areas soggy for days and the deck was rotting in several places. Ready to tackle the renovation, my husband and I attended the Home & Garden Show this spring. We were looking for contractors who could handle the issues the water presented, as well as make it look new and inviting. We spent a great deal of time at each of the booths collecting ideas and brochures. It was here that we first met Harvey Crowe from Mark Turner Grading. Very excited over the endless possibilities and committed to the project, we returned to the show the second day to narrow down our ?choices.? Over the next two weeks we had 5 companies come out to give us their ideas. From our very first meeting with Harvey we were so very impressed! What stood out from the others was his level of knowledge. He addressed each and every concern we had and reassured us that they could give us not only a beautiful, but more usable yard! What intrigued us most was his vision for the hardscape. His ideas were unique and surpassed all the others, yet their price was comparable to our other quotes. Mark Turner Grading has just completed our project and what an incredible transformation! From the meticulous placement of each boulder, flag and river stone, to the pondless waterfall, to the resetting of each plant? Harvey?s vision of this yard went so far beyond our own! I have to laugh now ? my husband and I started out with the idea of some pavers and a stacked stone retaining wall ? what we have now is straight out of a high end magazine! We are so proud of our new yard, but it is the honesty, professionalism, dedication to customer service and most of all integrity of Mark Turner Grading and their staff that we tell everyone about! What an amazing team! Harvey, James, Adam, Erik and Roger were incredible to watch. They were here on time each and every day and worked long full days. They never cut any corners but always went well beyond what we had expected! Throughout the process, Harvey?s communication skills, and attention to detail kept everything rolling. They regraded the property and continued to recheck the flow during every stage of the project. Even with a definite plan in mind, they were always open to change and even included a few fun surprises along the way! It was apparent from day one that these men had the unified intention of making this job something we could all be proud of. We truly feel blessed to have had this experience. I purchased my home almost three years ago. It was a foreclosure and there was quite a bit of work that had to be completed throughout the house. With all that has been going on it never occurred to me that my septic tank probably had never been serviced in the life of the house (11 years). I researched Mark Turner Grading and hired the company to complete the work. By far, an outstanding company. I am one who frequently considers reviews prior to hiring a company. With the reviews this company has I felt comfortable that my septic tank would be serviced correctly and there would not be discrimination because I am a single women. Thank you Mark Turner Grading, LLC. JOB WELL DONE!!! I will not only use your services again (when needed) but I will also refer this company to all of my friends and family.

The work was excellently done. They did a thorough job. They are very honest and i recommend them to everyone. Our septic is working, no more smell and our filter is clean.
