Description of Work: I sent Mr. Blair over to a rental property twice in a month and he explained to me what needed to be done. He even went over there to check on the unit to see if we to do additional things to it if it did not respond to what he did. I actually called him again today to fix another AC unit on a different property. Mr. Blair's prices are reasonable and he lets me know if I really need to replace something or if it can hold on for a while. I have use Mr. Blair so far three times and I will continue to use him if my AC units do not work properly.

+ -1 moreBrad does all the HVAC maintenance work for all of our rental properties. We have used them now for more than 5 years, and I expect we will continue to do so. I have found Brad to be prompt, courteous, fair in his pricing, and extremely dependable. I would recommend him without qualifications to that recomendation.
Description of Work: My tenant stated that one bedroom was not getting adequate air - heat or cool. I called Brad from Blair Heating & Air to check it out. Brad checked the furnace, blower and system and found that the system was initially installed with ductwork too small for the run that was required. He did the calculations to verify the correct size, and installed new ductwork to two bedrooms, added dampers to adjust flow to each. The tenant is now happy that the air flow is good for both bedrooms.

+ -1 moreI found out about them in the building that I work in. It is a father and son team. They are very professional and they go above and beyond, by talking to me and fixing my problems. They pay attention to a lot of stuff. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Blair Heating & Air when I had them come and check my air conditioner. I use them every month and they come out to change the filter, and check the system for me.
