Description of Work: Harris County appliance Repair was contracted to replace my refrigerator door that was dented during shipment. This is a terrible company and absolutely terrible customer service. I spoke with Beth and Lexi trying to resolve my scheduling issues. Both of them are the worst at customer service. Lexi hung up the phone on me and refused to tell me who owned the company or who she worked for. I will never use or refer this terrible company to anyone. This company will only come to my area on Tuesday or Thursday which is convenient for them. I was off on Friday and they would not schedule the install. I was also charged $45 because they didn't call me when the Technician was an hour out. I work 30 minutes from home and could not make it there to meet the installer. I am requesting another company to install my door. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY, please get this word out to everyone. Thank you, T. Kelly

+ -1 moreThis company has awesome technicians. The scheduling and communications are horrible. They give a 4 hour time window but no estimated appointment time and do not let you know approximately where your service falls into the window. I will find a service company that can communicate with me and at least give me an approximate time as to when my service will be performed. In these electronic media times no one should miss a whole day of work for a 1 hour service call due to no communication.

+ -1 moreThey were phenomenal. They came out and looked at our dryer that had not been working for two weeks. They were able to replace the heating elements and get everything hooked back up right. My husband had taken it apart. The people that came to he house were very professional, friendly and helpful. They answered questions. When I talked to the office staff, they also were friendly and helpful.
