+ 0 moreExceeded expectations! Left voice mail message on 5/27 and received call back about 8:30 Memorial Day morning saying they could be at my house within minutes. Repair completed promptly and part replaced under warranty. I had an Invisible Fence for 20 years before moving to Columbus five years ago. DogWatch fence if far superior, giving the owner the ability to adjust many functions. Fence was installed by previous owner of business; new owner (since 2017) has been much more responsive. Service tech, Ray, is great.
