carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreafter they left you could wipe the dust and soot from the doors and jams. They were late. The attic was not checked for smoke, did not run chemical through A/C system. Left the carpet soaking wet took 3 days to dry. Had to have the carpet cleaned by another company. This was after a small kitchen fire. I was assured all of this was necessary and was told the insurance would pay it. I feel Servpro took advantage of the insurance company.
Description of Work: Took a damp sponge lightly went over walls, ceilings, furniture, and decorative items. Washed dishes, wiped down cabinets. Did not clean windows or blinds. I cleaned most of the furniture, decorative items. They did No deep cleaning, did not clean the bedding, were suppose to check the attic but did not. Wet the carpet.
