This company did a very professional job. They were on time and explained everything that we needed to know to make an informed system.

Work was done in a professional manner. This was my second time using this company and I will use again, if needed.

I called the office and explained the problem. They took my name and number and assured me that someone would call before they arrived. They did call. He assessed the situation and found the problem quickly. He left to get the parts that he needed. He returned promptly and repaired the unit. He also explained the prices of parts etc.

I called and they sent someone out the same day. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, and checked my system thoroughly for the problem. He had to come back the next day to finish due to a sudden thunderstorm, and so did not charge me for the first visit. Another company had told me that I needed to replace my system, but the Coombs tech told me the system looked good and shouldn't need to be replaced. He was able to find the leak and fix it right up. I purchased a service agreement at the same time and got a nice discount as well.

I called Coombs needing someone fairly quickly and so I looked on Angie's List and found that Coombs had a good rating. I called them and they came out the next day. We were to met at 9 and he was there on time. He quickly found that I tripped the breaker on the AC unit itself (having to go into the attic). He explained what had probably happen when I reinstalled an old thermostat (two wires touched). He was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions about the different wires for the thermostat and worked quickly while doing so. Not only would I use them again if I needed HVAC work, but I would easily recommend them to others. They left me with the feeling that they care about doing a good job, that I hadn't be taken advantage of, and went above and beyond my expectations.

Called them they came, let for 20min to get a new unit, returned hooked it up and no more problems.

Great response time - usually within the same day. Repairs got us up and running. Finally replaced the heating/ac unit due to age of unit.

Last year when we moved into our present house we discovered we would need a new A/C. Coombs had the best price and were the most professional of all we called. He came out and looked at our old unit and told us (just as 3 others had told us) that we would need to replace this unit soon. But unlike all the others who, wouldn't even do anything to the unit, Coombs serviced it and we got another year of use out of it. So when we got ready to replace the unit this year we again called Coombs. My husband ordered the same unit we had talked about last year but at a lower price. How many appliance people do you know that actually gives you a better price than he quoted a year ago. BRAVO! Coombs. The techs came out and worked steady from about 9AM until after 7PM to get our unit installed in one day. The young men were very professional and polite. The unit was installed and we were sleeping in cool air that night. This morning I went on Angie's List to find a washing machine repair service. I was very happy to see Coombs listed. I will be calling them for this.

They had to come out 3 times to do the job and it still didn't work right. They just kept cleaning it rather than actually try to fix the problem.

proCombs Heating and AC was recommended by my realtor and the owner of the business gave me an estimate to replace and reinsulate the ductwork under the crawl space as well as remove the old Gas furnace and replace the HVAC system with a new energy efficient heat pump / AC unit. They began the renovation and completed the work within a few days with complete and total professionalism and were absolutely dependable.

AC went bad, called around for the local 'licensed' dealer, he called back 6 hours later with a quote that was more than I wanted to pay. Coombs came out the next day early and was done in 45 mins. worked out great.

We called on a Sunday for emergency Airco service. They arrived within 20 minutes, fixed the problem, and were gone within an hour. Excellent service..... fair price.... and all on a weekend.

i had a few questions to ask about a heat pump . I have done heating and a/c in the west so didn't know to much on heat pumps. they were happy to help me with my questions . I asked on replacement pricing and called some of my heating hook ups if pricing was consistant they told me it was . So in my book very reputable comany.

It was 1:00 pm on a Sunday afternoon. We are in the process of trying to sell our house and an "open house" was scheduled with the Realtor for 2:00 pm. My husband noticed that the airco was not running and the temperature was rising quickly. Outside temp was 104. We called Coombs. They were in our driveway within 15 minutes. The technician fixed the problem - they had the part on the truck - and was gone in 25 minutes. The Realtor arrived just as he was leaving. Excellent service - professional technician, and they saved the day.
