I was very satisfied with service provided. Not only did he check for mold or mildew under our home, he set up a tripod to test the air quality inside our home. I was able to rest better knowing the sir quality was good.

Inspection was thorough and results were explained well. Inspector provided good advice, was courteous and prompt.

More in-depth inspection, ceiling, crawl spaces, more samples of mold, not just AC unit. He was a fast talker and tested a few spots for moisture and just took a sample from the AC unit, but the mold had spread all through my apartment and I feel more samples and a more thorough inspection should of been done. He did not even ask about doing an air quality test. Charges $250 and I believe the same test kit he used can be purchased from famous home appliance stores. Make sure you check out other companies before agreeing with this one!!

If you choose a different Home Inspector your making the wrong choice. Our experience with this Home Inspector was professional, knowledgeable, and his service was absolutely outstanding. We were forced to buy a home using only a virtual tour on the internet. So our inspector understood that we were nervous about not being at the inspection as well. He took many pictures for us and was very thorough when explaining what we should be concerned with. He even helped me with the wording for my request for repairs needed. We cannot wait to enjoy our new life in Springfield Georgia.

Dempsey arrived to the home before I did. He introduced himself when I arrived and gave a play by play overview of his processes and procedures. He then gave my husband the same courtesy when he arrived. He thoroughly inspected the property, gave us tips and feedback throughout the process, charged less than the competition, and had our detailed inspection and pictures available faster than promised. As first time homebuyers, Dempsey gave us every assurance through the process and even offered to be available if/when we need anything in the future. A++ and all 5 stars.
