He went over those 2 rooms 3 or 4 times. in the end, they came out in presentable shape. I hate to write this because he deserves 5 all around, but for the sake of being completely honest, he showed up an hour late. But I called him the day before and he had to squeeze me in his tight schedule. And being professional, he made up for it. I'm glad I did business with him and will be my go to guy in the future.

Eric was great. He was very professional. The work was fabulous. He was very neat - no mess to our home. Eric had quoted us a price on the phone but he reduced that price when he realized that less work was required. I would definitely recommend him and I would use him again.

Amazing. My Mother’s carpet is the original white carpet that has been down for 25 years. She takes good care of it and has it cleaned about every 18 months. She has fallen and occasionally spills her coffee so there are some blood and coffee stains that have been hard to remove in the past. Mom is 90 and believes this is the cleanest her carpet has ever been. Very satisfied. Eric even cleaned her recliner and it looks like new.

Made contact with the owner, Eric. Very nice guy and very professional. When he arrived to do the work he was on time and very meticulous in doing the job. He explained everything to me before and after the carpet was cleaned. Carpet looks great and we couldn't be happier. Great price for the work done. Will definitely have him come out again the next time we need our carpet cleaned.

Excellent- he arranged to come on the day & time I requested. He actually called to let me know how was on the way and arrived a few minutes early! Eric is punctual, professional and competitively priced. He takes great pride in his work and delivers the best service. He removed stains that no one else could get out (red coloring from a rug that bled-thru down to the tan carpet.). He is very friendly and trustworthy - I had to leave while he was cleaning the carpet and he did a great job and locked the door as he left, as instructed. This is the second time I have used Eric Morris & Diamond Carpet & Textile Services, and I'm a customer for life!

Mr. Morris is the jewel of his industry. He was able to remove stubborn spots and stained that a nationally known carpet company could not remove. This was the second time he provided this service for me. the first time he cleaned 3 rooms for $119. Okay here is the kicker he was able to remove RED Kool-Aid out of my light beige carpet.This visit he cleaned 4 rooms and my high traffic area for $135. Again he removed RED Kool-Aid and black hair color. Remarkable right!?! I am including after pics not brave enough to show before pics.

My dogs had broken out of their crate one day and had the day to go to work on heavily soiling my carpet in the bedroom. It was awful. The gentleman that came was polite and courteous. He told me what he recommended based on the situation, we came up with a day and time and he was on-time. He did amazing work on the carpet. It looked brand new. He gets a five star in my book. Eric arrived on time and did a great job cleaning our carpets. Even though our carpets are 8 years old... he made them look brand new!

They done a excellent job and the price was reasonable. I have always been very happy with their work. They always come when they say they are going to come and they are always careful with your things.

They did not get all of the stains out of my carpet. They were ok.
