Description of Work: I have a ventless propane heater that would not stay lit. It would light and stay on for about 3-4 minutes.He got it fixed .Chris came out and went above and beyond . This was customer care that you don't see much of anymore. He told me that he was running late but that I would have heat before he quit work for the day. He is a man of his word and I would recommend him as a great worker and a honest,compassionate person.

+ -1 moreI talked with Chris and he said he would be able to go by the house that same day. He called to let me know what the issue was, that he also checked the rest of the unit while he was there. The problem was resolved and my tenant was satisfied. All of this with same day service. You couldn't ask for anything more.
Description of Work: I have used Burnsed for years for all of my home A/C needs. I called them for service on my rental house as the tenant had called with an issue.

+ -1 moreI liked that he is in Garden City and that is where I live. He gave me the price before he did anything. I liked getting the price before he did the work. There were some communication problems but that was not his fault. He came right on time.
Description of Work: I used Burnsed Energy Services to clean the a/c. He also added freon.

+ -1 moreI have renovated a very large property in Savannah and have hired plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers, etc. I have never had the level of service that I've had from Burnsed Energy Services. They provide the level of service that you used to get in the old days. They come out when you need them because they are able to prioritize their customers based upon necessity. When I had an immediate need, they came immediately. Their prices are fair and they stick to the quote given even if they run into situations requiring extra work. They are honest, good, hardworking and pleasant to boot.
Description of Work: I have had Burnsed Energy install three a/c units in my property (two of which are heat and a/c package units). Chris (the owner) came out and checked on one unit a couple years after the installment and discovered my thermostat was a problem. He changed out the thermostat for no charge because he said he should have changed it when he installed the unit. I had no idea and would have been happy to pay him but his honesty and integrity are such that he refused payment. His work is meticulous and he is very timely.
