I was pleased. We had to make sure adjustments as to the people that came. Presently I have two young ladies that do a fantastic job. They pay attention to detail and they are thorough and get behind things that are not visible. They have tried to satisfy me. I had to call because some of the girls were being a little slack and they either spoke to them or sent someone else so they try to better themselves and improve on things. The two ladies that come right now are very good. I had someone 2 1/2 years ago and I paid them $85 for the same amount of work. They did a good job but not quite as good as these people. They are willing to work with them. I can tell them what I want done and they are willing to do it; they are willing to make changes. I plan to continue to use them.

Two workers came, (on time) and said someone else would be coming. They walked through the house with me to evaluate the job. They started in the masterbath and worked their way forward, finishing with the kitchen and lastly, the wood floor in the foyer. The house smelled wonderful and looked great. My base boards were no longer dusty! They did a good job on the wood blinds, which I didn't even know was part of the job. I hasd planned to do them myself later. Small problems: a few things didn't get dusted, but most did. Bigger problems: the ceiling fan in the great room didn't get dusted. It's too high for me and was one of the thiongs we originally talked about. Also, I have an antique bed in the guest room with a large, carved headboard. The carved part of the headboard screws onto the main part. The screws were stripped when we were last moved and the headboard was just attached by the loose screws and was not stable. I had forgotten this. But when I went in that room later, it had been dislodged and was sitting on the bed. Now, I know they didn't "break" it, but I doubt they knew. Seems like that would be something they would mention. All in all though, they did a good job for a reasonable price, and I will certyainly be calling them again.
