They did a great job. They are very friendly. It's a very small company. We spoke with the owner directly for the estimate. He was very friendly and quick. They provided very good service. They were able to do the job in a couple of hours. They cleaned up afterwards. You couldn't even tell that they had been there to do the work.

It took only ONE day for Total Fence Solutions to dig holes for about 15 posts and put up over 100 feet of picket fence across the back yard--it had taken us WEEKS the previous summer to build the fronts, side, and gates. Initially we were not impressed with the job, however, and told them why when they called to ask how we liked it, just a few hours after completion. The corner post had been placed incorrectly, so an entire 8 feet of fence jutted at the wrong angle from the large tree (and extended about 3 feet inside the neighbors' property line), the ends of the posts had been haphazardly whacked off rather than being sawn flat, and a few pieces of scrap lumber had been tossed into the creek. The owner apologized for his crew and asked if we'd like a discount or a do-over. We chose to have the problems corrected, so they came out the next day, totally reworked the offending corner, dug out and chipped the concrete off of several posts, then replanted them so the flat ends were up, and cleaned the scraps from the creek: he called later to make sure we were happy and tell us they'd had a meeting with all of the subcontracting teams to review workmanship and job site standards. I'm glad I didn't settle for a discount, but got what I wanted, and I know that Total Fence Solutions can be proud of the job they did.

We needed to replace the wooden gate on our fence. It?s a 6-foot wide gate that opens from two sides. He was very responsive, very punctual, and very professional. He gave me a written quote on the spot and followed up afterwards by sending me a copy of the quote by mail. He was very pleasant. However, I didn?t use him as I thought the quote was expensive. My experience with them was good, though.

We contacted Total Fence Solutions on the advice of a friend. The response to my e-mail was immediate with a tentative price based on my estimate. An appointment was set up with one phone call and a representative was at the house 15 minutes early for the appointment (we were not there when he showed up!). The rep was very professional (company uniform and truck) and very thorough in his explanation. He took out his distance meter and asked if I could walk with him over the property so he could fully understand where the fence would go. After he was finished measuring we discussed doors (all were the same price 4, 5 or 6 foot). When he came back with the total it was less than originally quoted! I immediately set up the follow-up for installation with the main office (he could have don it there if I had any checks with me). I paid for half up front for materials and will pay the remainder upon completion and a walk through inspection with the manager. The office manager told me she would call me within a few days to set up installation, SHE CALLED THE SAME AFTERNOON! They could have done the work within days but we have to push it off for a few weeks. I look forward to the new fence!!!
