Steve was very professional, timely, and his work speaks for itself. Steve did an excellent job. It was a ground floor deck, accessed right out the sliding doors of the house. The deck is sturdy and the finish work excellent. Steve is so people friendly but also professional. He kept us apprised of necessary schedule changes. He did a great job keeping the area neat and clean up was done daily during the job. We could not be happier. Steve is also building a small deck and stairs behind a bungalow on the property. We are so happy to have him doing this also.

When I called Steve for an estimate to clean gutters at my rental house, he went by and called with a price the same day. He cleaned the gutters and did some additional bracket work which he noted in the estimate. I asked that he clean my personal residence gutters also which he did shortly after his work at the rental house. He was very responsive and did a great job. You know what a mess gutter cleaning can cause. He cleaned up all debris. I have asked for and received a price for cleaning and restaining my rental deck and the front and back decks at my house. My husband and I feel the quote is very reasonable and Steve will schedule this work early this winter. I recommend Steve. He is responsive, personable and very professional.

Steve was very responsive, and the tenant is pleased with the work he did. Steve also told me about some issues with the garage door and recommended I contact Overhead Doors to do the repair. Steve coordinated inspection and repair times with the tenant and called me to discuss what he found. He provided a verbal estimate of the work to be done, and completed the work for that amount.

It was a very pleasant experience. The work required several visits to our home and he was always punctual. He gave us an estimate and the final cost was within the estimate. He was respectful, polite and very easy to deal with and to talk to. As plans changed somewhat during the process, he was perfectly amenable to the changes. He was most agreeable to work with and we will certainly use him again for future projects.

He is a very hard worker and meticulous in his work. He was on time and very knowledgeable about his tasks. My husband and I are very impressed with his work ethic and the completed project. And the price was truly reasonable, especially with the labor intense project. The house is about 40 years old and was stuck in the 70's. After Steve finished the job, it is now comparable to a newer home. I will definitely hire him again in the future. Money well spent!!
