Marcos is by far the most conscientious tradesman we have experienced in the 25 years we have lived in this house. His charge for covering three second-story gable vents was reasonable and he accomplished that well. In addition, he spotted several things with the original job of cladding and fixed them without extra charge. He is very pleasant to talk to and answers any questions fully. We will definitely use his talents for any future jobs.

Scheduling the repair was a breeze. The contractor was knowledgeable, he provided several repair options. On the day of repair the contractor was on time and performed the service to standard.

A friend of mine had some gable damage due to a bad storm and the wind got under the gable and ripped it from the house. I called this company to see if they could perform the repairs and to get an estimate. They were very professional over the phone and even suggested we send pictures first to see if they could give an estimate without having to come out. The pictures were enough for them and they quoted a very fair price. After the quote was accepted, we set up a repair time and they showed up on time and did an excellent job with the repair. The company remained in contact with us throughout the entire process and was always eager to answer our questions. I would definitely hire them again.

iDream builders did an amazing job at making sure my repair needs were met. They helped me with my insurance claim and made the remaining repairs at a reasonable price.

iDream did an incredible job! We are extremely pleased with the work that their team did. We had five companies quote our all-new siding job. Most of them quoted contractor’s grade siding. We wanted the higher grade Camden Pointe siding in a premium color (Pewter) and two windows replaced. We were impressed with iDream because the guy that measured and quoted the siding is the same guy who did the work AND the same guy that owns the company. Marcus’ team worked continuously and efficiently during the installation and left the job site clean. Marcus and Lulu were a joy to work with, made the whole process go smoothly and we couldn’t recommend them any higher for siding, windows and roofing. Very pleased in Evans.

The initial estimate came quickly. They estimated the day it would start and how long it would take. They were correct on their start day and they finished earlier than they estimated. It went extremely well. They showed up in the morning and got straight to the job. We had a particularly difficult siding situation but they worked through it better than we expected.

We had lots of questions and Marcus & Lulu listened to our needs & concerns and met them to our satisfaction! I was very impressed with the professionalism of Marcus and Lulu. The replacement panels are a perfect color match. It was obvious that Marcus is very knowledgeable in installing the panels and the quality of his work speaks for itself. When Marcus first came to my house to look at the job for an estimate he was on time which I value very much. I could tell by talking with him that he takes pride in what he is doing and that he was going to treat my house as if it would be his own property. I absolutely will hire iDream Builders again and highly recommend this contractor.

Outstanding!!! Marcos on the front end and his wife LuLu at the office make for a great pair. They fixed my siding after a big box hardware store would not stand behind its installation or products. I wish I would have found them when I first replaced my siding, it would have been done right the first time. Marcos and his worker did not just make the job "look" good, they removed and replaced everything and did the job right.
