It took several calls before I was able to reach anyone at the office during normal business hours. I had left a message from my home number, and mentioned that I may still have an active warranty. Several calls later, I called from my cell phone, and someone finally answered. A service call was made. Something connected directly to the outside unit (a filter or small section of duct?) was cleaned. We paid in full for the service call and the sun room is still oddly humid.
Description of Work: Assessment of A/C unit which Frost installed the year before. Our sunroom had become uncomfortably humid, especially compared to the rest of the house.

After 5 visits over 2 weeks our AC unit is working but the auto function is inop. No one has called back after a voicemail was left on the 20 June. Unsat! On May 28 Frost service members visited to fix a leaking AC unit. They drained the water and inspected both units after we asked for a thorough inspection at an additional cost to us. They inspected both units, said it looked fine and left. On June 5th we called and got voicemail. We left a message and never received a reply. On June 8th we called again to say the AC has water build up again. On 8 June they came out and had to drain more water and it was determined that a sealant of some kind needed to be installed. The technician claimed that he would order the sealant and return to apply it and they never returned or attempted to call to update us. After water came through the ceiling on the 18 June they were called again. After 3 hours they arrived and drained the water again and decided that a part needed to be replaced. The next day, 19 June they returned and replaced that part. The duct work was also replaced due to water damage. On 20 June it was discovered that the AC unit ran nonstop overnight and was not cooling the upstairs adequately. Another trip was made on the morning of the 20 June. At 8 am the freon was adjusted/reloaded. The unit still does not shut down when set to "auto". Another call was made the same morning to get a technician to come out and look at the temperature control. As of 22 June and one more voicemail on the 22 bs, no one has attempted to contact us to resolve this issue. A payment of $450 was put on hold until this issue was resolved, but was turned over to a collection agency for non-paymrnt instead. We filed a complaint with BBB to get this resolved and received no response/support. All we wanted was this company to finish the job in a satisfactory, professional manner. In the meanwhile we paid the check to show good faith in our part. Other damages we encountered. A) water that came through ceiling was channelled through a smoke detector, and s light fixture. Need an electrician to inspect these items to ensure no perminant damage incurred. B) The ceiling once we are sure that it is completely dry needs to be painted due to the water stain. C) next to the outside AC unit a boxwood (Holly) had to be trimmed back drastically, uncertain how damage was done or why.
Description of Work: Attempt to fix the AC. Failed to return phone calls. Failed to fix a problem the right way the first time.
