Check in with Kassarra Kaminer and Mike went very well. The follow up calls on status of car went good as well. They caught a mechanical problem day I was supposed to pick up and delayed pick up but that is a good thing as they handled it (fixed it) before pick up. Here is where the problem begins and it is pretty much down hill from there. Went in and spoke with Angie at front desk and did the payment thing. I asked her if she could get someone to document on paperwork the mechanical issue (car overheated) and what they did to fix that and she stated "I don't do that". I said "excuse me" and she said she "would have to get someone else to do that because she can not do that". That is the better answer. She told me that Mike was dropping someone off and would be back in a minute to check me out. I told her ok. After several minutes I asked " could you please call Mike and see where he is at and to let him know that someone was waiting on him?" She said "he will be back in a minute." Kind of frustrated me so I asked "so you are telling me you are unable to call him?" She said yes that she does not have his phone number to call him. I stated that that was bull*#*@. Who can believe that a company can not get a hold of someone that works for them? In all of this time, approx 20 minutes passed with no Mike. She said we are gonna get you out of here cause no one talks to me like that. The guy that check me out seemed nice. I asked him to document the problem with the overheating and explain why a used condensor was put on my car and he assured me that it is covered for life. When I opened the hood, there was anti-freeze all over the place which is completely unacceptable. I asked the guy that checked me out for a wet rag so that I could clean it up, and he told me that he would get it. I arrived at Eagle at 0815 and left at 0854 and in all this time still no Mike!!!! Crazy that Angie would not have the common courtesy to handle a reasonable request and be dismissive about both questions that I asked her. For this company to have her on the front line and deliver such horrible customer service is just strange. If Angie was not part of this process and they cleaned up after their mess, would have been a better review. Will follow up in a bit after I drive the car to see if the repairs hold up. I an hopeful. Pretty good outcome turned bad due to poor attitude and poor customer service by Angie and clean up crew.
