Description of Work: Replaced defrost thermostat and defrosted freezer. Freezer and refrigerator are both cooling as they should. |Because they worked me in on the day I called, most of the meat in my freezer was saved. Quick service at a very reasonable cost.

Description of Work: He checked out my Kitchenmaid dishwasher and found that the touch pad was messed up.. He checked with someone to see if they had a replacement part but the dishwasher was to old and the part was not available.... I would contact them again

Description of Work: Drain to refrigerator was plugged and frozen -- he fixed it in a matter of a few minutes and returned to replace a water holder for the dispenser. Responded to my call immediately and was prompt, friendly and professional. Would certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The service man checked the dishwasher and told me it needed a new motor, which would be expensive. He told me to think about it and if I decided to have it repaired or buy a new one to contact them. I have decided not to have it repaired and will wait for a while before I purchase one. He was very professional and friendly. I was very please with him.
