ADVANCED DISPOSAL SVC

They've still not delivered the locking dumpster that they promised us SEVERAL times last week, but they finally came by to pick up my trash after weeks of begging! Yay! How are they even in business??! Seriously disgusted and fed up.

Late on July 31, only one container was delivered. On Aug. 2nd after the trash was picked up it was noted that half of the trash was in the street. Advanced disposal was called and apologized, they also told me that I would not get the recyclable container since it was not available in my area at this time. On Aug 9th, there was no service, I called the local number, but it went to voice mail. I then called Advance Disposal's corporate office who tried to call the Augusta office... same response as me. The said they would notify the regional manager and someone would get back to me. This office appears to be VERY disorganized with no one in charge. After 3 weeks, Advanced showed up at 5:00 pm and to my delight did not dump 1/2 the trash or any trash on the ground. Now on Aug. 23rd they did not show up at all... Note I have Augusta Disposal for 6 years and never had a problem, only changed because of price and needed only 1 day a week service. I have spoken to the Regional Manager who promised to give me a full refund since the service times are not consistent and they have limited customers in my area,
