Fair price. Excellent work. They where there exactly when they said they would be. We went to a little bigger unit that required some duct work in addition to replacing inside/outside units. All went smoothly and they were done in a matter of hours. Looks good, works great. Needed a slight adjustment after installation. Called and a technician was there first thing the next morning. Very happy.

I knew my 30 year old unit needed to be replaced so I didn't bother asking for a service visit. When I called I said I would need my whole system replaced. I also wanted to upgrade my A/C unit to a larger one. They sent someone out the next day. He looked everything over. We talked. Next day he sent me a quote with three options that involved different levels of efficiency. Prices were reasonable. I picked the option I wanted. He set a day to do the install. Technicians showed up on time and did a quality installation. Later we had some minor adjustments that were needed. When we called they sent someone out next day. Very happy with price and service.

They had to have a unit shipped, two days. Once they started working they continued until they had finished. He also checked a few things inside, I had just replaced some thermostats and asked him if he would make sure I had installed them correctly. They have always been willing to answer any questions I have and take as much time as needed to get the job done and make sure I am satisfied with the job,

They worked in this horrible heat without a complaint, they would call into the shop when they found something wrong and as a group tried something else until they had it up and running. I couldn't be more pleased. They even put on shoe coverings when they entered my home. I will be using them in the spring to have a new system put in and I will also be using their Electrical Department withing the next 30 days to track down another list of problem areas. I live in Nevada and own a home in Jackson Georgia. The condensation pipe was leaking on the A/C unit. I called Friday morning and they made an appt for me between 3 and 5 p.m. that afternoon. I received a call at 2:57 p.m. from a very pleasant young man telling me he was on the way to my house. In less than a half hour he called and reported the problem and had the unit unit fixed, serviced for the season and ready to go. The the extremely pleasant woman who made the appt to the service repair-I will use this honest and fair company again and recommend to others. THANKS!!!
