Description of Work: my gutters are really clean now. Though It was too cold to use water, they cleaned them anyway. Great!

Description of Work: The price they charge to clean gutters is based on the square footage of the house, not linear feet of gutters. Therefore a house with basement would cost more than a single story even though the linear feet of gutters is the same. The price they charge covers gutters only. Other incidental roof debris incurs an additional a la carte charge. They did clean gutters but other companies I've used before were less aggressive in their rate structure.

Description of Work: Over, pretty good BUT they missed a couple of small gutters and I received an additional charge with no explanation on how they arrived at the added cost - and was not pre-warned that there would be an up-charge.

Description of Work: After many phone calls. I finally got an e mail to fill out in order to schedule my appointment. Filled it out, sent it back in and did not hear back. Called 2 more times, left voice mesageges. No return calls. I will attempt to get my money back.

Description of Work: The service went well because of Jason. He performed a great job by himself under less than good conditions (wet roof, wet leaves in the gutters). It took 30 days from the day I ordered the service to get a service date, but when Jason arrived on time, got the job done quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and asked me to walk around the house to see if I was satisfied, I was very pleased with him and his professionalism.

Description of Work: I thought the price was excellent; however, once I received the information about the service, there was an add on for debris removal, height of house, and number of feet over an allotted amount. I was not happy and told them so. Final bill was $75. | |One of the employees jumped from my sunroom roof on to the deck and it sounded as if he went through the roof. I would have preferred he useda ladder.

Description of Work: Went well but price did not include bagging up and removing the debri from gutter. It was offered at a higher price...approx. $30 extra if I remember. Usually most companies do remove the debri...but work was done and no complaints. I will use them again....

Description of Work: They checked all my fencing. Replaced 4 boards. Fixed the doors which were dragging and suggested fixing a beam that is rotten and would need to be replaced and cemented to keep the fence strong. They are getting back to me about that cost.
