Description of Work: I had them pressure wash my new house and the house I am selling. They did a most thorough and excellent job. The houses sparkled. They were very accommodating to changes in schedule and doing one house at the last minute.

Description of Work: Broken wooden pickets were replaced, the gate, which did not close completely, was adjusted and the slats shortened. The gate latch was repaired in order for a lock to be attached. Loose pickets were nailed back into place. The repairman did a wonderful job. He knew exactly what needed to be done and was extremely efficient. |I will definitely use this provider again. I need the cement slab on the patio pressure washed and will be contacting this provider again.

Description of Work: Was contacted promptly and told I had to wait for service due to the time of year when everyone wanted gutters cleaned. Did not convey that it would take two different times to do the work if house was on a hill and more than one person was required to do the work. Finally, did come back and finish. Threw gutter guards all over in the yard and did not replace them where they cleaned.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters, and I paid extra to have them remove the debris and to have them clean the valleys of the roof. When I arrived home, I discovered that much of the debris had been put behind the bushes or put in the islands in the yard. Immediately I called about the invoice received for the extra charges, and the charges were reduced, so in that sense the company was responsive.
