Description of Work: The deal looked good as advertised as a Big Deal. Unfortunately, when all the "additional costs" were added up they came to more than the original deal. This seems deceptive. People should be shown exactly what the "additional costs" will add up to before they purchase a service so they can decide if it's worth it and not be surprised by a total that is more than doubled after the purchase. I don't know if the responsibility falls on the service provider or on Angie's List to disclose these costs prior to purchase but finding out after the purchase has been made makes the whole thing feel a bit shady.

Description of Work: Waterworks Pressure Cleaning had a great deal - $69 to clean gutters. Unfortunately they couldn't reach the back of my house because it is more than 40 ft off the ground (they only have 40 ft ladders). They might want to ask homeowners about this before they come out. They are very fair and professional though.
