Description of Work: They did a decent job of pressure washing, but missed an area. They happily came out to clean the area they missed, but the solution they used killed the 30 year old gardenia bushes in that area. | |The deck needed an addition $120 to clean, as it was not covered in their service.

Description of Work: They pressure washed exterior windows. Screens were difficult to remove - and they helped. My tallest floor is on a hillside (3 stories) and their ladders did not reach. They could spray wash up there, but not do sills. Otherwise, very good work. Extremely polite. |Scheduling was mildly challenging - however, that had more to do with persistent bad winter weather than the supplier not trying.

Description of Work: They did a great job and were very professional. I purchased an Angies List special for the outside cleaning and I also had them to add some inside window cleaning too. I had hoped that they would be able to clean our skylights but they said it was too dangerous to go on the roof and I certainly respect that as safety is of the utmost importance. Now all of our windows are sparkling clean but the skylights still suffer from grime and dirt! I was very pleased with the service and would use them again and refer them to my friends.

Description of Work: They came out and pressure washed my driveway and my house. They did a great job on the driveway but the house wasn't what I remembered it looking like the last time I had it done. | |I called them up and they said that I was talking about a pressure wash including an algicide (mold & mildew) treatment which they offer. So we made arrangements and they came back out and pressure washed my house again this time using the algicide treatement. It was a little more than just the pressure washing but the house (and deck) look great. | |I feel the company went above and beyond to clear up the misunderstanding. I originally got the service I paid for... it's just what I paid for wasn't exactly what I thought I was getting and that was all on me. | |I would highly recommend this company but just keep in mind that if you want the pressure washing for the house to have a nice clean "almost newly painted" look, ask for the algicide treatment to be included when you deal with them.

Description of Work: The scheduling and responsiveness was good. However, the service itself was lacking. First, it is simply a brush wash of the window glass (no wiping). Additionally, the window sills were not cleaned. Finally, while the pre-purchased deal included 40 windows, they proceeded to clean windows in excess of 40 and then sending a bill for that amount. The amount per window was not unreasonable, just did not want the additional windows to be done.

Description of Work: Waterworks has provided the absolute worst customer service experience with anyone I have done business with on Angie's List. The communications are horrible and the work that that I paid for over a month ago has not even been scheduled, much less completed.

Description of Work: Initially scheduled gutter cleaning for either March 2-3-4 I called to follow up today (March 10) and was told that Angies List customers were low priority - and that a date could still not be set as they are quite behind. It could be possibly another 3 weeks - or at the end of the month, however no guarantees. Their inability to even schedule a date two weeks after my purchase is unacceptable. Please refund so I can have this done elsewhere.

Description of Work: He sanded the corner of one gate so it wouldn't stick. The other gate I wasn't able to open. He moved a hinge so it didn't drag so much, but it's still sitting on the ground i it won't be long until it's stuck again. I questioned a board with a crack & he changed it. I don't think he would have done it if I hadn't mentioned it. There were a couple other boards that should have been changed, but weren't, even though I was allowed 4. I asked about an apparatus I was told about that would keep the gate from sagging & was willing to pay for it, but he hadn't heard of it. The gentleman was very pleasant. | | | | | | | |t
