Description of Work: They climbed on the roof, cleaned all the leaves and pine straw off the roof and cleaned my gutters. Even though I had not paid them to, they also bagged up what they removed and they cleaned the pine straw off my deck as well. The whole process took about 30 minutes.

Description of Work: They arrived several hours later than planned but they did a great job pressure washing my vinyl and I would definitely use them again in the future. I had asked them on the preplanning form to also provide and estimate to pressure wash my gazebo while they were here, but by the time they finished it was too late in the day to do extra work.

Description of Work: I scheduled on line. 2 weeks later a man came out to wash my deck. No one contacted me about sealing the deck. I have called 3 times and sent an e-mail. They e mailed me back saying the rain is preventing them from applying sealer. Fair enough rain gets in the way, but for a month???? Now my deck is filthy again, covered in pollen and I'm out $200. I gave this company a second chance. They won't get a third!

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $199 for a deck pressure washing. Unfortunately, I failed to review the details of this deal before purchasing, in fact I thought it was too good to be true in the first place for my situation. I have a thousand square foot deck, and the deal only covers work for 200 sq ft, so the provider notified me there would be additional costs to the service. I can not afford to get the whole thing done at the moment, so I decided to refund the deal. The provider was very helpful and responsive on the phone, however, and I would still recommend their services.
