Description of Work: I don't know. They called me, within the 2 days per Angie's website, and said that I didn't need to be present when they came to my home. I offerred 3 dates that they could come to my home (Afternoon (PM) on March 20, 2015; Afternoon (PM) on March 27, 2015; Afternoon (PM) on April 3, 2015). But, I never received another call, or a notification that they came to my home or whether they could accommodate the suggested times/dates. Thus, this seemed very unprofessional and a little leary to me for a company that Angie has listed.

Description of Work: The company could not meet the timetable I had anticipated and also indicated the cost would be higher than the price in the coupon purchased.

Description of Work: After having some trees taken down a muddy mess was left in our driveway. I bought the pressure wash deal only to find out that they could not come until the week of May 4th. This would conflict with a bath remodel we have scheduled for that week. This company did not respond to a voice mail nor an email I left them. Finally I called again and got a human who told me I would have to go through Angie's List to cancel. We have had so much rain that the mud has washed away anyway so no longer need the service.

Description of Work: After many cancellations due to "the threat of rain" ( which never actually happened until evening) the provider sent two Very Young men to pressure wash my driveway. They proceeded to do a small section of the driveway and then informed me that they needed to go get gas for their truck. An hour and a half later (gas station is literally within walking distance from my home) they called to tell me that because of traffic they wouldn't be able to return to complete the job. While they were gone I went outside to see what they had done and aside from creating a muddy mess around my drive they had broken a very large Italian pottery flower urn, as well as, an anti gravity lounge chair. Additionally, the portion of the driveway they "did" was still dirty. I asked them to have the owner of the company give me a call and I left a message on providers VM as well but did not hear back.

Description of Work: I purchased the promo to get my gutters cleaned. It stated I would be contacted within 2 days to schedule. I had to call 2 weeks later and then they said a date would be scheduled. Finally a date of May 20 was scheduled. That's approximately a month and a half from when I bought the deal. That's not gonna get it done for me. I can understand 1-2 weeks but that's ridiculous.

Upon asking me to complete a service form, the option to have worked completed within the next 10-14 days was not available. Moreover, additional fees were being charged without any opportunity to discuss with customer.

Description of Work: This is difficult to evaluate.- I was at home that day- but did not see them. There was no note on the door saying that they had been there. I did not get a call the day before -saying they were going to be there as is standard practice with most companies). There was some discussion prior to that as to whether or not that was going to be a good date.)- but when I called the company days later asking about the possible date-and spoke to Jonathan- (who was always very professional and polite)-he said records showed that they had gone to my house already and had done the gutter work. I told him- I never saw them. | Why had they not left a note saying what they had checked the gutters and what the conditions were-etc. I am senior citizen -but like to be informed. |I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt-(that maybe I was involved on phone or basement and just did not see them -but I also did not hear the doorbell ring !!) I am so tempted to hire a person to go up on the roof and check it out for me- but hate to pay even more money. It is of course possible they were there. I just do not like having to wonder about it. I did tell Jonathan- that it is not enough to do a job- but you need to inform the customer and at the very least- leave paperwork indicating you were there and what you did ! |I really do not like having these doubts. | I did get a bill later on- after my conversation with Jonathan- for additional $30 - |( apparently for "additional sq footage, and debris bagging and removal from property)- and I sent them a check for that !their job- but not |All in all- not very happy !!

Description of Work: Cleaned 56 windows and I had 20 screens. It went very well. In a couple of weeks I am going to sked to have my drive-way, brick wall, mail box pressure washed. |

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters but they do not bag up the debris unless you pay extra for that and I did. They did a good job. They even cleaned all the leaves off my deck that were already there BEFORE they cleaned the gutters, which was nice. I do plan to use them again next year.
