Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

Description of Work: I originally purchased the deal about two weeks ago, sent the provider some dates I was available and did not receive any response. I called them about a week later and left a message, still no response. I decided that if they cannot get a hold of me within two weeks of trying to schedule then I do not want them working on my gutters.

Description of Work: I'm still waiting for them to do the job. They were scheduled for today, but had to cancel due to family emergency of a worker. They will call and reschedule. It's been a month since purchased from your site.

Description of Work: Their work was spotty and not complete. They left the hose running when they left the premises. They promised to come back and complete the job. They set a date but did not return as promised. I would not use them ever again.

Description of Work: I am rating Waterworks an overall C. I give them an F on services provided because there was no evidence that the work was ever completed. I still had the same nails protruding that they claimed to have fixed. However, I give them an A for their willingness to correct the issue or provide a refund. The refund was received very quickly after I called to complain.

Description of Work: The process went ok. However, the thoroughness of the cleaning/pressure washing was a bit lacking. A little more time with slow, methodical, overlapping strokes with the pressure washer, not only over the flooring of the deck but on both sides of the railing, would have worked better than the short quick strokes that were used. After the deck dried, there were obvious streaks where the washer missed. I was happy enough, however, that I didn't call them back. I did request some spots be washed again while the man was here and he was very willing to go over them. I also feel the sealer could have been put on a little heavier but, it's good enough.

Description of Work: He oil based the deck. Got oil based product all over other things besides deck. It is all over siding walls of house on patio below deck, on house walls around deck and patio, and on house exterior. Terrible job. Water does not take off the oil based product.

Description of Work: Ordered the deal on Apr 11. Received automated message on Apr 12 with information about the service, including the fact that they typically do not honor requested service dates, as their scheduling process is automated. Sent message asking when service would be scheduled, as I did not know what to do from there ( this was my first Deal from Angie's list). They responded on Apr 15 saying that the scheduling process would not start until the deal was over on Apr24. Received message on Apr 27 asking me to go to a website and fill out information on my house including contact information. I went to the website, started to fill out the form, and it indicated that there was an additional $30 charge for houses with a third story. My house is on a steep hill, and my ground level is 3 stories high in the back. I did not want to pay an additional $30 for this service, so I requested I refund on Apr 30. They were polite in their email messages, but I wish I did not have to wait 16 days to find out that this deal would not work for me.

Description of Work: They did the pressure wash of deck which was good BUT my deck is om second floor and I have patio below.....all the dirt and grime of course went all over patio furniture below and om siding and they did Not even hose that area down! I gave this feedback and have heard nothing back and still waiting on response as to when they will return to put on clear sealer. I am with other folks why is Angie list still using this co. I would not recommend them!

Description of Work: Waterworks Pressure Cleaning washed all the hard to reach windows at our house. They kept in touch throughout the day to let me know where I was in the schedule, was polite, on time and did a great job. It really is nice to look out of clean clear windows again.

Description of Work: They bagged less than 5 gallons of leaves and were here, at most, 45 minutes. Gutters were still clogged and we had someone else clean it out a week later, and 2 bags were filled. No new leaves had fallen because it was in December.
