Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

They never followed through. They never showed up to do the work. As a matter of fact, my wife called them about a week or two ago to ask for the money back. I don't know if she has received that check back or not. When she called back to ask for the refund, what was interesting was that they said okay we'll send your money back but they didn't ask any questions about Lonnie or anything.

When the provider reached out to us the first time for the survey we were still having a lot of out door work done and did not want to have the windows cleaned. That work finally finished in late June. I sent the survey back the week of June 22nd and asked for the work to be completed by July 4th if possible. I never heard anything. I sent two following emails to waterworksatl@gmail.com. One on the 15th asking for a scheduled date for the windows. The next on 7/21/15 asking for a response and stating I would be contacting angles list for a refund. I still to this day have not heard a word from Water Works. I will be contacting Angie's list today.

It took a while to get an appointment. They came to clean out the gutters and missed the window of time promised by several hours so it was dusk when they left. I think the company got too many special $65 deals to handle well. They blew the leaves off the gutter guards as offered, but I just bought the house and the leaves had been there so long that they had decayed and it appeared the resulting compost really had gotten through the guards and was probably blocking drainage. The deal said they'd charge extra for taking the gutter guards off or pressure washing, and I would have been willing to pay extra for the cleaning to have been more thorough; the late hour of the day kept them from doing more, I think. I am not familiar with this type of service, so I may have had unrealistic expectations. I think I got what I paid for, however.

Rainy weather delayed scheduling an appointment and I expected a little better communication to that effect. However, once contact was made and the appointment was scheduled, it was kept as promised. The technician called in the morning to confirm the time and appeared as agreed and the work was quickly completed.

Had a hard time getting the service scheduled. Then after scheduling the cancelled the appointment multiple times and sometimes just did not show up. When they finally came the work was terrible. We had to redo the work ourselves. Would never recommend. Stay away from this provider. Worst experience ever on Angies list.

They did a good job. That was a good price. Well, they kind of messed up on my appointment a couple of times and showed up at my house without making an appointment. There are times when you have an appointment but I didn't make it when I am busy going somewhere and I told them I wasn't quite ready to do it yet.

It went very poorly. They made promises that they didn't keep. They committed to having people on-site and they never showed up. We added a few services and that included pressure washing the house. The young man who was supposed to have done that told my husband that he had finished it. He also told his company that he had finished it but he has never done the house. The company basically got an attitude about trying to make it right. It was back and forth. It was just very poor interaction and very poor customer service.

It went okay. I had to really work hard to get them to come out. Once I did, it was alright. They kind of gave me a flat rate. Because of the scheduling snafu, they said that if I had any extra windows they would be included. Thank goodness because when they got out there, even though you and I may think one window is like the top and the bottom, they would count the bottom and the top as two windows. So, I would have had twice as many windows as I thought I would have and I probably would have blown a gasket. That was my only complaint. But otherwise, they did a good job.

I filled out the information requested when I signed up in January or February. Waterworks did not respond within 2 business days as promised. When they did respond, they asked for the same information I had already provided when I signed up. I'm a busy person so I ignored their request. The service dates I had requested came and went without a word from Waterworks. I contacted them in April and they still insisted I fill out their form again which I did. We scheduled a visit and I received a call from the workman saying the outside faucets were not on, and I needed to reschedule. The faucets were turned off for the winter and their literature said nothing about needing water from the house. I turned the faucets on and rescheduled for a third time. This time the workman called to say that screens were on the windows and that they could still clean them through the screens if I liked, but I would need to reschedule. Their form indicated it would cost more if they removed the screens before cleaning, so I had selected "no screens" which they apparently interpreted as my not having screens on the windows. The workman sounded very professional over the phone. I contacted Waterworks again at least twice but never got another response. When I complained to Angie's in July, they offered me a similar deal with another company.

They've missed 2 appointments and have not called me back to get me rescheduled.

They call and said when they would be out. I had forgot because it took so long. But after they arrived, the young man explain what he would be doing. They would not take off screens if you had them (My windows did not have screens). They would wash up to 40 windows and I had 42 however he did those without extra charged. He cleaned up after himself and call me out to inspect. I was very pleased. They also do pressure washing of sidewalks and houses.

Company was totally overwhelmed with responses from Angies List Big Deals. Took over 6 weeks to get the service. I bought the service because my gutters were full...i needed it soon, not 6 weeks later. Contacted them and they admitted they were overwhelmed and were nice and said they were trying to get out. When they did come, they left a mess everywhere...just dropped all the stuff in the gutter around the lawn.

Arrived on time and did a great job!

I called to set appt. took a few days to get back to me, then wanted to do in abt. 5 wks from pymt date. I contact and they moved date up. This made me happy! Gentleman called before he came, was punctual and did a very good job.

Arrived on time, very careful and attentive to avoid damage to plants, great job, reasonable price.

Provider, could not give me a set date and time for an estimate. Kept emailing me that they would come on a certain date, when I would not be home. Tried to talk to customer service about someone coming to give me an estimate, as I have a HUGE deck in need of repair. I was more than willing to pay the extra cost that this deck would require. I had lots of questions. Never heard from the company for an estimate. I received a phone call from the company the day before they were coming to do some pressure washing. I had discontinued their service 2 months prior with Angies List. This company is not talking to the customer nor to the laborer's who do the actual service. This failure to communicate in a professional and timely manner, makes me thankful that I did not go with this company. B Marshall

It was good. The only thing was that they didn't seem to quite be connected with their headquarters or the call center as far as the date and time they were going to come. They were trying to schedule with me over the phone when they were actually already on the roof cleaning the gutters. So they had a little internal disconnect. It was just funny because they didn't call me even to let me know that they were there. I just happened to be sitting in front of the window and I saw all these leaves coming down. So, I went outside and I saw the ladders and I was like, "Oh." There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price.

Referred by Angie's List. Weather prolonged start to finish, but happy with overall result.

It was very good. It took him a while to get out, but once they did, it was pretty good. They did a very good job.

The visible gutters appear to be cleared -- hard to see most of the work, though.
