Description of Work: Waterworks NEVER showed up and NEVER called me to reschedule. I have been trying to reschedule for 2 weeks and they are unresponsive. If they don't come next week, I'll ask for a refund.

Description of Work: They never showed up. This is the second vendor that let me down that was recommended to my by Angie's List. That is why I ended my membership this past month.

Description of Work: The first day a young man came and cleaned the deck. He did not take the two large pieces of storage articles off the deck; he just moved them around the deck. He did not pound in any loose nails. as stated in agreement as part of the work. I asked him about sealer with stain. He said maybe, I should check with his boss. I tried calling the boss aut never got any connection. He didnot call back just sent another man whom I asked about the nails. There were some loose ones. He acted as if he had never heard of doing this but did pound in a few. He said they had not sent any sealer with stalin;so I had to just let him finish with what he had. I am dissatisfied with their work.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $69 for Gutter Cleaning. They did a good job. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Purchased $69 coupon for gutter cleaning on May 5th 2015. Received a mandatory request by email to complete application for getting an appointment and explaining exceptions (additional fees). While completing this application, I noticed my cost was going to increase by another $75 because my home exceeded the 2,500 square footage max for this deal ($30) and my home has a basement under two stories ($45). The deal breaker was the additional basement fee and half of my gutters have permanent gutter guards which wouldn't require any work by the company. I think the advertisement (Angie's website) should disclose a little more about floor levels on someone's home. This way...consumer can make a better informed decision prior to purchase. Also, they can't come until June. I have not spoken with the company personally so I'll give them a "C" at this time.

Description of Work: It was hard to schedule this gift for my son because they had a computer do it. It had to be rescheduled once and the time wasn't convenient for me to be there but they came anyway. I tried calling the local number to fit a time that would work better for me but it wasn't easy. They had a lot of add on extras that should have been included like blowing the debris away. The deal was for 2500 sq. ft. home and my son's was 2350 sq ft and not all sides had gutters. They measured 2600 sq ft and I had to tell them to only do 2500 and no extras since I was not able to be there and look at the job and know what I would be charged for.

Description of Work: The only reason I would not use them in the future.. is because the first time they showed up, the person did not have the right equipment (safety) to feel comfortable climbing my roof which I can understand... The 2nd crew that came out a few days later were also very young and seemed inexperienced (1-2 month experience)...but he went up there without any safety equipment saying it was safe... He got his partner up on the roof and you could tell he was scared to death (said it was his first time on a roof)... The actual work that they performed was good... But as a home owner, it was a little scary...especially when the primary person said he almost fall off a roof earlier in the morning... Pricing was great, but practising safety is a must... No work is so critical that safety can't be exercised. or the home owner could be liable.....

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and paid for a service that not only hasn't been performed, but also with a provider that hasn't returned either phone calls or emails. I honestly expected better from Angie's List in that I thought everyone had been prescreened.

Description of Work: I originally purchased the deal about two weeks ago, sent the provider some dates I was available and did not receive any response. I called them about a week later and left a message, still no response. I decided that if they cannot get a hold of me within two weeks of trying to schedule then I do not want them working on my gutters.
