Description of Work: I am approaching 80 years of age and do not want to go up and down the ladder any more -- unfortunately I still had to do so to cemplete the work. |The primary contactor is a delight to deal with. However, in my case they used a subcontactor to do the work. The workers left a lot of small debris in the gutter which collected at the downspout and blocked the downflow. The contactor said the workers would return and remove the blocking debris but they never came back. Thus I had to clean the blocking debris from the gutters.

Description of Work: Knocked on door asked if I could fill out a survey they would be there about 45 minutes they were gone in 25 minutes mess left on driveway and gutter still plugged up. When I got invoice for the remaining they wanted called to complain, came out promptly on Monday and on time and did what was not done, except for the clean up which I had done

Description of Work: They were suppose to come out in April, but called to say they did not want to get on a wet roof from the rain. The crew finally showed up around the middle of May. The crew was pretty efficient, but I did not get a final invoice on the day of service. I was charged for clean up, but the majority went in my bushes or in the yard. Also, when you go to sign up after purchase, the $69.00 turned in to $169.00. I will not use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and carried off debris. They were scheduled to come on Friday but showed up Saturday. We weren't home, so we had no contact with a person. Gutters seemed to have been cleaned, but we can't actually see them completely. I would have appreciated some kind of note about the service, maybe an apology for not coming on the scheduled day. They left coupons in the door.

Description of Work: I am still waiting for them to schedule for the service which I already paid for. It is my first time to use the Angie's deal but it might be the last.

Description of Work: Nothing. I responded to the online request for information as well as calling expressing my desire to have ser ice prior to the Memorial Day weekend due to out of company. I have yet to hear back. I would like a refund as I was promised by the gentleman who returned my call that the schedulers were setting up cor May and they will be sure to get back to me.
