Description of Work: Bought deal April 11, 2015 |No contact until April 27, 2015 LM with secretary and talked with Angie's List during that time. Angie's List also emailed them during that time. First contact with owner April 27, 2015. Said he had sent me a scheduling email, which he had not, and so he sent me another which I completed and returned same day. Another 10 days went by and I tried contacting them on 9 June 2014. Left message and deal number. The next day two young men show up and stated they were going to clean out my gutters using their hands because they were out of gas for their blowers. My wife didn't know any better so she let them go to it. They cleaned out some of the gutters that they were able to get to then they borrowed some gas from us to try to get to the steep pitch part of the roof. This didn't work but they didn't tell us. I found out the first day of rain when the water was flowing over my gutters in front of my garage. This was the steepest part of the roof and I knew they wouldnt be able to get to the gutter with a blower. Anyway, I called the owner and I told him about everything and he said he couldn't believe that this was the case and offered an apology. He said that he would send out a crew to finish cleaning the gutters but that's been over a week. Oh, I got a bill from them today for the $15 clean up fee that is billed to you for carrying out the debris in the gutters.

Description of Work: They cleaned some of the gutters. The gutter directly over the garage was not cleaned out and the first rain we had I had to walk under an overflowing gutter to get into the house! The gutter at the rear of the house was overflowing also. Not impressed!

Description of Work: After a month of trying to schedule the service, the technician arrived 3 hours late. He did not ring the doorbell, and I suddenly saw someone walking on the deck. He was disheveled, showed no identification, and I felt uncomfortable . I did not work with them.
