Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

Description of Work: I notified this company that I must be home to control the large dog via email 3 times and asked for a cleaning date before June 4th when I purchased the service. I never received an email or phone call to schedule they just showed up and clean half of my gutters. I called and spoke to their rep who assured me that I would receive a call back. They scheduled another cleaning July 10th and I cancel it because I could not be home to control the large dog. And last week the office was closed. I recommend they improve their communications procedure with their customers.

Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters and left my yard a mess! I was very disappointed when I came home, and saw all of the gross stuff out of my gutters all over my garden and yard. I was so disappointed and upset. I didn't even have time to clean it because I was going out of town the next day. I will never use them again. Not only that but I ordered this months before they contacted me, so I finally called them and all the lady could tell me so they were "suppose" to send me a form that never came...

Description of Work: They pressure washed and did a good job at that, but didn't do the sealing. Said they would call back to do it after the railing dried. Never heard back from them. They did a good job when they pressure washed the house last time, so I would use them again for that, but probably not the deck again if they can't do it all at once or don't follow up.

Description of Work: I don't recall the exact price. Very nice. Had a hard time getting their attention but once I did so, they were prompt, nice and very professional. I actually do not know whether they did a good job -- did a clear coating. Deck doesn't look any different, but I assume the coating was done. I wasn't home when they were there. |Package through Angie's List was $199 but extra charges for stairs (I have a lot of them) and size.

Description of Work: The service offer expired on July 8,2015. I attempted to get the service done, but was not successful. On my first attempt I was told that due to the enormous response to the $75.00 special they were behind on schedule, but I would be serviced very soon. The second attemp was met with a heart felt apology, but no service. My third attemp was with Angie's list customer service and the service provider. The service provider again apologized and asked me to fill out another service firm. I filled out the form. As of today July 9, 2015, my driveway is still in need of the service that I purchased.

Description of Work: The first appointment they were a no-show. The second appointment had storms clouds moving in and they could not do the work - understandable. Then, they were supposed to re-schedule that evening and a week later I have not heard from them. I bought the cleaning in April and they told me they were over sold; now, several months later, I am outside my 30 day limit to get my money back. Hopefully, Angie's List will work with me on this.

Then they said I had to wait to receive form by email because they had to wait for total requested services from Angies List.Once I reviewed form there were extra fees. didn't give courtesy call to reschedule rain date few times. so I called. Didn't clean up good.

Description of Work: Pressure washed the driveway. In general, it was a good job, however after it dried stripes remained on the driveway in line with the outside edges of the pressure washing machine (which was shaped like a large disk).

No direct response was ever given. Finally, asked for reimbursement through Angie's List and received it, with never a response or apology from provided. The only Angie's List provided that I have had terrible service from.

Description of Work: Contractor cleaned gutters with pressure washer. They got the gutters clean but a small portion of the gutter was detached from the house afterward.
