Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

Good recommendation regarding scheduling, prompt for appointment, courteous and efficient.

It turned out fine. There was no additional charge. Their price stood out. They were there on time. When they left, one of the gutters was loose, and it wasn't loose before they got there. It was no big deal. I just had to get a ladder and tap it back in.

Arrived about 7:45 and finished about 10:00, was working steadily the entire time. Went just fine.

On time, earlier scheduled date than I expected. Job was done well and for a great price.

Company was quick to respond and completed the project over a 2-day period. A second day was required due to the lack of equipment during the original site visit.

Came midday. They didn't give a specific time. Quick and seemed to be thorough.

Cody arrived on time, introduced himself, and went to work right away. He finished the job quickly and professionally.

Good workers, can communicate a little better. Hard workers pleasant, great attitude. Would use again.

Great, the gentlemen greeted us at the door to notify of arrival. They cleaned the gutters promptly and were professional.

Good email communication. Didn't pay for bagging leaves--this service should be included. Didn't pressure wash, especially downspouts, so don't know for sure if downspouts are unclogged.

They came early and they had taken a ladder because my back gate is locked and that's why I scheduled it for the time that I did. They had taken a ladder and went over my back gate with this ladder and I already did the back. To me as I told them that gives people who want to break into my home an idea of how to get over my gate yet if they had come at the time we agreed upon I could have let you in.

did not go as well as I would like as had to get them to come back as they pulled out of the drive way to complete the job. they did not clean up so I had to do it and I will not use this company again that is for sure.

There were a lot of up fees and by the time it was done I didn't like the outcome.

They are great! Our two technicians cleaned the roof, gutters, bagged debris, and even cut a tree limb off that was overhanging into the gutter. The company performed service in January, did a great job, and even called to schedule service this past Monday. They were scheduled for the next day, and here promptly within the time window. Great value, and we will use them at least every 6 months!

I was actually not around. I just called and had it done. There was one that was completely plugged up and apparently they did not check that out. They could have checked that out. I noticed it about a month and a half after they did the work during a heavy rain.

At first it looked good, however, there is one window where the cleaner did not clean it correctly. It was some sticky stuff on it and after the cleaning it is still on it. I contacted the company right after we noticed it in June and they have yet to reply, now it is September. Very unhappy as a simple reply would not be too much to ask for.

Worker arrived about 10:15 discribed work to be done. Remove screens cleaned windows.

It went well. I was not home when they were there but I can tell the difference resulting from the cleaning.

Contacted them by email to make sure they would cover my area as it wasn't listed- they confirmed they would. They messed around scheduling dates for several months. They would schedule and at the last minute they would cancel. Finally came out and instead of cleaning the gutters they blew off roof. I paid an extra 25.00 to remove debris. After they left I checked roof and found gutters still full. I contacted the head company and complained- they stated the entire crew had been fired and would reschedule. Still no response for several weeks-called again and they scheduled. The day before they were to come out the company owner called and stated they would not be able to do as it was out of their area. He stated he would send me a refund. I agreed and waited several weeks- no refund. Called main company and was told the refund was due to be mailed that week. Finally got refund three weeks later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They did a decent job. But, they take too long to schedule. It took them two months to schedule, which was ridiculous.

Weeks went by before any one attempted to contact me to schedule the service. By that time I had already contracted KDL to do the service.

We got a "Big Deal" which was a $200 pressure wash. The first tech they sent out did the pressure washing. Great job. Then we had to set a new schedule to get the stain + waterproofing. There was an additional charge for the stairs & stain. (That was fine.) The stain guy that came out was unprofessional and did not finish the job. He told us he'd be back, but unknown to us he marked the job as complete back at the office. Took a month to get back in touch and get someone out to fix, but the two guys who came were EXTREMELY professional and very diligent. They did a great job - so much of the confusion and delay was caused by the unprofessional technician, but he (apparently) no longer works for the company. I'm very happy with the final product and if this had all been done quicker I'd have given an A to the service. But to some extent, one must be responsible for the actions of their employees and that's why I can't give an A here. But I WOULD use this company again.
