Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

Service was never performed nor did Waterworks reply to numerous attempts to schedule window cleaning.

The service went very well. They charged me above the $75 Big Deal because I asked them to do around the pool as well.

There was an additional cost because they don't clean debris off your roof even if it is only a tiny bit. They charge extra for that. I just think that another service provider does a much better job.

It went great. It didn't occur to me ahead of time that the deck rails would also be included (duh!), and the worker was very nice about helping me move my planters and things off the porch rails. The pressure washing was done one day and they returned a couple weeks later to do the sealing.

They were impossible to get in touch with. No human person would ever answer the phone. That was my biggest complaint. I don't mind paying what I paid but they were not out right in the offer. I didn't feel like the offer adequately represented what they were selling. They could leave a note when they come as well.

I purchased this deal to have my gutters cleaned out while I was deployed. I received a single email stating they would contact us when they had the ability to schedule an appointment and why that was going to be several weeks. There was no further correspondence from this company. Just now returning from deployment I can submit my rating of "I will never use this company again"- I would encourage you to save your money and look for a more trustworthy provider of such services.

The provider did an EXCELLENT JOB! I would certainly use them again. I currently don't need the service but I believe I will be in touch soon. The work was done and and got the water flowing and the new LED floodlights work wonderfully.

Provider repeatedly cancelled or didn't show up, so I requested my money back.

I purchased this as a "deal." I needed my gutters cleaned and the price was awesome, so why not? I payed the $89 and sent a message to them asking a couple of questions. There was no response. The date of the service window cam and went. No called, no clean gutters. Nothing. I sent another message asking about the lack of service. Nothing. No response. Now question why Angie's list even promoted this service? The lack of professionalism is shocking.

Everything was great. Done through & professionally.

They were a little difficult to get a hold of and they are extremely busy. Must be the great value they offer.

I cancelled...you refunded my payment. Cancelled Angies list at that time. Please refund the recent charge fo $9.99 to my Am. Ex Card. I thought this was done 6 months ago!! Don Allen

That was good. They did a good job, but the sills were not cleaned.

It was good for what they did. I didn't pay anything extra. There was one worker and it took maybe 40 minutes. He was nice and pleasant.

It didn't turn out great. It took a very long while to get the job done, almost two months. I was really irritated. They didn't charge more. What stood out about the experience was the delay. They weren't communicating. I called them several times. It took more than 10 calls before the job was eventually done. They kept on scheduling and rescheduling. The price was good.

It worked out just fine. The first time, there was kind of mix up because originally, I told them that I didn't want to do it until my renters were out. It kind of screwed up but we eventually got it worked out. They did a fine job. The renters seemed to be happy. It seemed frustrating with the first deal. The second time was fine. They could have better communication.

Initial visit was to the wrong address. Second visit to correct address I was called from on-site worker who "observed" from my driveway that he didn't see much work needed on gutters; the time was at sunset. Unless he has the eyes of an owl, I doubt he could make that determination. After several more calls from me, they supposedly went to start work, but I was told they ran out of gutter spikes. From my observation there was NO WORK done and no indication they ever went to the house. Several additional calls from me were never returned and I finally decided it wasn't worth anymore of my time and I accepted the $75 loss.

Terrible. It took numerous calls over several months to get anyone to respond. Finally, through calls to the home office, got someone to respond and schedule. When they finally showed, it was with one clearly very overworked young man, 15 minutes prior to sunset. He did powerwash the house, but it was nearly dark by the time he was done, and the quality (since he could no longer see...) was mediocre at best. Note that the company address listed above (Griffin, GA) is for the home office. I used a branch or franchise out of Virginia Beach. Bottom line -- Price was right but I would NEVER use this company again.

This was set up through the Virginia arm of Waterworks Pressure Cleaning. I purchased an Angie's List special to have this company come out and replace up to 6 boards in my fence and give an estimate for repairing a gate. I was never contacted by the company. I finally got a hold of the person that was supposed to do the work and scheduled an appointment. He stood me up; never called me or tried to contact me. I talked to someone and the company's Georgia office and explained what was going on. They said that they didn't get any answer from this person's phone number but offered no help. They never called me back.

They did not call me before or after. I corrected the address to the Pecan Terrace address when I realized that my son's address was on the account. My angies list membership was a gift.

The job was fine but we had a 2-month wait for them to actually come out. We scheduled it on February and they came on April. There were a lot of overcharges too. It came up because it was higher than two stories. There were extra debris on the roof. The deal we're getting ended up being twice as much. They could be a little more precise of when they schedule. They need to make sure to show up close to the time scheduled.

Had to reschedule due to change in my schedule. Trouble connecting after that.

I wasn't very happy. The deal was $249, which I thought wasn't a bad figure. When I heard from them, they said my house was 2,600 square feet and they charged for over 2,000 square feet. I did not know how they knew that. The house is more brick than it is vinyl. They only cleaned the vinyl and left out the brick. They washed off the brick to the extent that the solution was on the vinyl because it was on top of the brick. They charged me extra from the big deal, so I didn't consider it much of a deal. The young man who came out did a fine job. He was well equipped.
