Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

I'l never use another service recommended by Angies list. In fact I would run away from anyone who is advertising a deal on Angies list. Ive purchased 7 deals through Angies list. A solid 4 out of 7 have been horrible experiences and money wasted. Thanks Angies List? Now I know! If its a special deal its a con!!!

Although I had to wait a while for them to catch up on orders, I was impressed with the service. They arrived on time, gave me prior warning about when they would arrive, and took all safety precautions while working on my roof. The two young men were extremely helpful and courteous and I will use this company again.

I tried calling several times but they kept telling me they would email me to schedule the visit. They would not scheduled over the phone. I paid for this service and never received it!

The gentleman that came to the house did a wonderful job! We just purchased a 1960's ranch last year and are in the process of remodeling and updated the property. The sidewalk, driveway, and patio appeared as though they were crusted over with black cement. After the service was performed, all of the surfaces look brand-new and pristine! I highly recommend them and their services offered!

They haven't returned to clean up the sealer that was dumped in front of my house. What can I do?

They were able to come earlier than originally planned, which was a plus. They explained exactly what they were going to do and did it! Friendly, fast and thorough!

Initially there was a communication issue and it seems to have stemmed from a large volume of new work when they were posted as the big deal of the day. Aside from that communication delay, which was apprx a week, it all went well. The person that came out provided great customer service, they were very professional, and completed the windows in the time stated (which I believe was 2hrs). I had additional windows that needed to be done and the additional charge for those windows was very reasonable. With all that said I'm extremely pleased with the cost and service provided. The only reason I rated them a B is because I deem communication very important for a business.

It was fine and I was pleased. They did a little more the than what the contract was and they did the job to clean my gutters. It is a single story house and I have one area that is two stories up and it was not included in the deal but they did everything. I was very pleased.

Austin was very professional. He was on time, polite, respectful and did an excellent job. Because of Austin, I will definitely do business again with waterworks.

I have worked with this company since March 2015. The dispatcher informed me first stating that I did not have to be present but the technician informed me that I did have to present. She set up appointments without my consent and I had to cancel them because I was not available. These scheduling issues have been going on for 3 months now and I have yet to hear anything from her.

The earliest appointment I could get with them was a month out. They did come out on the date they scheduled, but couldn't finish due to rain. They came back the next day, which was good. They did the work. Nobody told me there would be an additional charge beyond the $69 I paid. Then I received a bill for an additional $75 due to having a basement access on one side (thus 3 stories) and for additional square footage. I see the fine print says there is an additional charge if there are 3 stories on one side, but had no idea how much of an extra charge it would be. And, I didn't know there were square footage guidelines, much less how much extra that would cost. It sure would have been good customer service to be upfront about these details. I would never have bought this deal.

Cody was on time, did a good job. Now it has to be sealed (deck), paint roof, redwood stain swing set.

A young man came and did a good job at both duties. He explained what he could not do and someone else would finish the upper gutters. (Cody)

Very good and very professional. Did not get in here and go overboard with other expenses.

On time, polite, assisted with moving furniture, job took as long as estimated, looks good.

Had to call the guys back out to re-clean the deck. 2nd time was much better.

First of all, this took a very long time to get on the books and have the service performed. I purchased the deal on April 3rd and it was the end of May before they actually did the work. Then, when they did the work, they left a mess... AND then a week later they sent me an invoice for an additional $15.

See above. Will never attempt to use this provider again. Recommend all Angies List users avoid their "specials".

I called and wrote them several times trying to schedule an appointment. Now I want my money back because they have never returned my calls.

It was terrible, first it took 7 weeks to schedule the apt, then they tell me the only way they will schedule me the next day is if I will give them a positive review. Will, a kid shows up late, then tries to bribe me into giving him a tip or something by saying "I'm supposed to call this in when i's over a 1000 sq feet and charge you more but I won't say anything if you don't", I just tell him that's bull because I know how much footage I have, he must think people are stupid !! Then he does a terrible job and doesn't do what I ask him to watch out for. Then I have to spend 30 minutes hosing down all my concrete to get all the mud and dirt off of it. Is it just me or is that what pressure washing supposed to do. He gets ready to leave and ask if I am happy and stating at all the mud in the driveway and I said no what about this mud, he say YOU can spray that off, that's HIS job. Oh well do not use this vendor. They got overwhelmed and understaffed and didn't know how to handle it.

We had to reschedule once due to weather. No problem. They even contacted me that they could come sooner. They didn't take long, told me what they were going to do. Then checked in with me once completed.

THIS "BIG DEAL" OFFER IS A SCAM whereby you pay up front an apparently great bargain price but the service is never performed. This was a special deal of $69 for gutter cleaning. To begin with, the advertisement says "schedule dwithin 48 hours," which leads the purchaser to believe that they will actually do the job within two days. No, they mean that they intend to contact you within 48, and then schedule. Well, several days later they sent me an 800-word message describing their philosophy, modus operandi and liability limits, and promise to schedule an appointment. A few days later they sent a message saying that yet a few days later I'd be contacted about scheduling an appointment. They never did so. I called and asked for an appointment, and the office staff refused to schedule an appointment - they said only their automatic scheduling system will do that, and they promised that it would be taken care of soon. Weeks later, there's no appointment. Crooks.

Was early, but offered to come back. The time worked better anyway.

I booked a deck pressure washing package on March 18, 2015. I had a lot of other work I needed to have done, so I sent Jonathan Phillips at Waterworks a list and pictures asking for an estimate. Jonathan and I had several different emails and even a couple phone calls trying to pin down a service I could afford and a date his company could show up. When it became clear that the company was overwhelmed by a large amount of orders and a continuous rainy season, I told Jonathan I would be glad to wait until the end of April in hope that the weather would let up and he agreed. However, when the time came, I was unable to reach him, and the following week I was told he had his wedding the previous weekend. In several emails, we tried once again to set a schedule. Unfortunately those promises were not met either. On May 18, 2015, I cancelled my package through Angie's List and booked another company. That very afternoon, Jonathan called and left a message that they would be there the next morning. I called and spoke to him directly and told him to forget it. I honestly feel that this company was overwhelmed. I think they had good intentions - but could not fulfill their promises. Sadly, I would not recommend nor use Waterworks again.
