I was in need of my twice a year gutter cleaning. I saw a deal on Angie's List and decided to purchase it. The provider sent me an email stating that they would be sending out another email within the coming week or so with my service date and time. I received an email a week later for a date that was two weeks down the line. The guys that came out to clean the gutters were prompt and thorough. The only thing that I didn't like about the provider is that they charge additional for debris removal. If you're cleaning my gutters, I expect you to clean up the leaves and whatever else you retrieved from my gutters from off of the ground. Next time my gutters need to be cleaned, I'll probably go with the company I've used in the past.

They were awesome. I can't remember exactly date they were here but it was bitterly cold. They did everything I ask of them and more. I don't thing I could have done as much as they did as cold as it was. I would definitely use them again.

I bought this at the end of April and I finally heard from them at the end of May and then told me that they wouldn't be able to show up until June. They also stated that I wouldn't need to be here for service which I did not like so I told them to give me a call to let me know when they were going to service me. They didn't call they emailed me. Two guys showed up and performed job. When they left they gave me one of their phone numbers and a survey to fill out so that they would be able to get their bonus. The very next day it rained and I noticed my gutters were overflowing and called them to come back out that's when he stated that he didn't know if he could make it back out. I sent him a video of what the gutter was doing and I never heard back from them. A week later I get an invoice from them wanting to charge me an extra 30.00 due to the size of my house. However, I have not had my gutters fixed and have not heard from them but they were able to contact me through email with a bill.

The person performed was good

I bought a big deal for $199 but the company charged me an extra $120. They came out 2 weeks ago to power wash the deck but that was done at their convenience not mine. They did a very poor job of cleaning the deck. They came out yesterday to replace some boards but they used nails instead of deck screws, and they sealed the deck but they sprayed everything including my flower bed. I am very dissatisfied with Angie?s List and Waterworks Pressure Cleaning and I will never use ether company again.

I was out of town when the work was performed, but when I got home they looked fantastic. They actually sparkled.

Management was incredibly responsive and flexible. We had difficulty scheduling the service because of frequent bad weather but the company was quick to contact me as soon as it appeared we would have an opportunity to complete the work between storms. The deck maintenance package was great and prompted me to ask them to add the additional service of pressure washing the house. The pressure washing was generally good but seemed slightly rushed by the technician: a few noticeable areas were missed or not hit as thoroughly as could have been. Not enough to warrant a poor rating as I'm a fairly picky person. Would definitely give them another call.

Because of the overwhelming response to their offer, there was a significant delay in getting services scheduled, but the company did e-mail to explain the problem and offered three possible dates about a month in the future. I'm not even sure this happened on my selected date, but I got a first-thing morning call from the technicians saying they were on their way and would arrive within the half hour. I was surprised since there had been no confirmation of when they were coming, but it wasn't a problem since I was home that day anyway. Once there, they worked quickly and competently to clean the gutters. There was a bent piece of gutter afterward that I noticed, but they were very willing to bend it back in place before leaving.

I purchased Coupon Code Deck-1918657-1 from Angie's List on Apr 18, 2015. * The company never contacted me in any way other than email. * I received an email asking if I needed any additional services over and above the coupon, I responded with a list of additional work I wanted performed. * This request was never acknowledged and no estimate for that work was given. * The company then "self scheduled" an appointment date without consulting with me as to my preferences. * Waterworks Pressure Cleaning scheduled the appointment for June 1st - 6 weeks from the date of purchase. * On the morning of the appointment I received a call from someone at Waterworks Pressure Cleaning, using a personal phone number, not the company number. * The person said they would not be able to make it due to a "vehicle snafu with the person scheduled to do the work." * The Waterworks Pressure Cleaning representative indicated they would contact me to reschedule. * It has now been 13 days and I have not heard from them again. I have requested a refund of $199.00 for the Big Deal Coupon Code Deck-1918657-1 from Angie's List. The coupon expires in 1 month, and at the rate they are going, I'll be lucky to even hear from them by then. Don't put out a promotion that you can't actually handle the business for. And if you end up so overwhelmed that you cannot do the work offered, then at least have the decency to contact the customer. Hire an admin to just call customers and apologize all day. Even the woman who contacted me to cancel did not seem empathetic to my frustration. Other than that phone call, the ONLY communication I received was the same impersonal email twice which read: Hi There! Your deck cleaning appointment has been scheduled for Monday, June 1, 2015. As mentioned before, you do not have to be home for the service but please leave access to all sides of the house so that we can get everything cleaned properly. We always do our best to meet our scheduling goals but as you know, sometimes things happen that could delay the schedule (weather, equipment, vehicles, etc). If anything changes between now and your scheduled date, we will notify you of these changes. They cancelled the appointment multiple times. When they did complete the work, it was so bad we had to do it again ourselves. This was the worst purchase we have made on Angie's list. Would not recommend.

They were prompt and did the job quickly and efficiently.

Matthew did an absolutely wonderful job. His customer service skills are outstanding and the job is very well done. He spared no time in getting started, did 16 windows of varying size and even did the storm and sliding doors. A really great experience. Can definitely recommend him and his company. A special note to the company - Don't lose Matthew - he is your very best salesman!!! As a matter of fact - you should make him the president of the company. And to be certain you understand - never met him before and have no idea where he is from - but his skills are excellent. And I very rarely write reviews.

Scheduling was a best of a challenge.

Matthew was excellent. He took time cleaning windows/sills inside and outside. He was very thorough and very pleasant. Work quality was excellent.

The driveway has streaks running down it. I emailed pictures of the driveway to the provider. He said that they would pressure wash the driveway again. I contacted the provider 3 times in all. I was told again that they would reclean the driveway. They did not.

About a month after I bought the deal, the next day I got an email telling me that they will email me again regarding which day they were going to show up and that I do not need to be home for the service. A few weeks later, I got another email confirming my 1st appointment. I adjusted my schedule to make sure I would be home when they came because my deck is bigger than what is included in the deal. I knew there would be additional charges. That guy never showed up. About a week later, I got a 2nd appointment. This time I could not adjust my schedule. At some point in the afternoon, I got a call stating that they are in my yard and wanted me to come home so that I could pay for the additional charges. I told the technician that I am not close to home and did not know what time he was going to show up. I told him that I will ask my husband to rush home and that he should be there in about 10-15 minutes. By the time my husband got home, the technician had left (without completing the job). We never heard from these people again! Needless to say, I want my money back!

Overall great. windows/sills look good. Was surprised by the visit, no advanced warning that day/time worker was arriving. Luckily I was just about to head out the door, and the doorbell rang at mt front door. Otherwise I would have missed him.
