Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

They are a C at best. I did not like them at all. It was basically two young kids who came out here to clean the gutters. They told me that there equipment was broken down so they pretty much just showed up with two brooms and a tall ladder. They really didn't do anything. It wasn't what I expected to have done. I disputed one of the charges with them and they let it go so I let it go. I wasn't able to schedule it for a while so they worked with me on that.

Matthew arrived and performed the service.

On-time and did a great job. We hadn't had our windows cleaned since we moved in 5 years ago.

I purchased the big deal. My service was scheduled 2 months later. The service rep shows up today and opens conversation by saying we have a problem. He proceeds to tell me he doesn't have a 40ft ladder. I said no problem, even though I explained the size of my house when I called for scheduling. I told him not to worry about the 3rd floor. He then tells me he is alone because his partner was fired last night and he is not allowed to get on the 32 foot ladder when he is alone. He then showed me the weather report on his phone which called for 20% chance of rain (which is not atypical in Atlanta summers). He said the special ionized water they use does something to the windows wherein if rain hits them the same day it will waterspot/stain them. I said so basically you show up ill equipped to do any part of the job and then want to get me to reschedule due to weather threats. He said none of this was his fault. No one tells him anything. Never once apologized. I asked him to get his manager on the phone. He said they were all at lunch and would call me back at 1pm. At 1:30 I called them and spoke with the "boss man" according to him. I explained the scenario. He never apologized or was even surprised by my experience. He said they are buried. I said just refund my money. He said he cannot because he hasn't been paid by Angie's List yet so I have to call them. I said fine and I plan to write a raging review. He said all of his reviews were negative right now. He told me that isn't how they do business. I said clearly it is how you do business. You haven't even apologized for my experience. He said that since I was already upset there was nothing he could do and he wasn't going to let one window washing job ruin his "good ride". THEN he said he was sorry but he couldn't help me. Absolutely horrible customer service! Unprofessional. Would not let them anywhere near my house ever again!

They did just fine. They did a good job. They did fine, they were good. They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do so that is good. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. The price was a good price because of the Angie's List big deal. They were fine on the quality.

They were hard to get a hold of. They did the service a month and a half after I purchased the deal When they pressure washed the deck they didn‘t get all the paint off. They didn’t get all the nails down like the offer states. The sealer is not complete either.

I thought the crew of 3 was efficient and thorough.

Oscar did a good job of applying the sealant. Needs to be equipped with a ladder since decks like mine do not have stairs.

All scheduling was done via email. Originally scheduled for 6-22. They call on June 3 and said they were coming. Told me they were heavily scheduled and like to get customers done as soon as possible.

It was worth the wait. Evidently we were not the only people taking advantage of the Angie's coupon offer. It took some time to establish contact with a person and get some idea of when they might truly be able to get here. We did receive an e-mail reconfirming the appt., and a phone call the Friday before they arrived. On Monday, Matthew called to let us know their estimated arrival time (5 minutes early!). Matthew and Rosemary came in, explained the process, looked at the Half-moon window in the bedroom that I was thinking of getting them to clean; Matthew suggested he clean the outside first, and then see if we still needed him to do the inside. Very wise plan, since we really didn't want to move furniture! They were efficient, thorough, and careful. I especially appreciated the way they finished up by cleaning and drying out all the sills; I have asthma and haven't felt that I could safely open the windows because of all the grime. We definitely have them back; but the next time we will be sure to cut back the shrubs under/around the windows to make the process a little easier for them. Thanks for a job well done; it was refreshing to work people who took pride in their work, and for so pleasant.

Overall this was a good deal. The work was done well. For some reason the appointment was scheduled not on the day I requested and without a heads up call, even though I provided several choices. Also this deal only includes outside cleaning, the other similar deal I used included inside and outside for the same price.
