He gave very good customer service with a prompt phone call to me with first asking if I had the time to answer some questions and provide details of my concerns. I respect the integrity of this company and would definitely call upon if needed and refer out if an opportunity presents.

Had sewage backed up. Called Kulp RS. They responded within the hour and had moisture testing going right away. Before long they had all the sewage cleaned up and wet stuff demoed from the house. Now they are dealing with the insurance claim.
