+ -1 moreIn the last three months I had service I had to call five times for them to come back out because they failed to pick up trash My next door neighbor had the same problem. When I called the office to complain never offered to make restitution. Apparently the driver decides whether he wants to pick up here, and if he doesn't want to, you don't get picked up. I had advised the office that if this continues I would go to another provider, problem continued and I left and my neighbor as well
Description of Work: was to pick up my garbage curbside once a week
