Original tech was rude and unprofessional. As soon as I made company aware a different tech was at my house to make things right!

Motor was replaced and door is working fine now.

After agreeing to what work would be completed, their customer service and results were lower than poor. Their estimate said it would take 2 men 2 days to install 32 recessed can lights. After 3 days (not 2 days), I visited our house and saw they were still there. No lights installed. I asked what's going on. Their tech said they cut holes for flush mount lights, not canned lights, because it was easier for them to not have to drill into the joist to install canned lights. That's not what we agreed to. And they had no lights installed at all. So where were the flush mount lights they cut ceiling holes for??? Their tech said they want to come back within 2 weeks to install them after I painted the ceilings. Again, we didn't agree to this. Their tech said canned lights cost more and he'd have to increase our estimate. I can talk to his supervisor Tony about the extra cost they wanted to charge me for the light I originally asked for. I called his supervisor immediately, left a vm. Called the office an hour later and left a message with receptionist. Over the next 2 days Hammond was called and emailed at least 2 more times and no response from Hammond. I finally called accounting and cancelled our contract with them Then, here comes Tony calling me saying "I was going to call you this afternoon". I told Tony "I'm not going to chase you AND have to pay you when I catch you. We are canceling our contract". He never offered an apology. Bye Hammond

Timing was excellent, price was excellent, explanation was clear and service was inviting (future jobs) excellent.

To me it went very smooth but of course I wasn’t the one that did the work but they were efficient and fast!

Great! He found a problem with our thermostat, and air conditioner. Fixed it quickly, showed us how some things work so we are more knowledgeable, showed us how to save money, no high pressure sales, and was very professional and friendly. We felt he did a great job.

Phonexay, the Technician had my unit up and running in minutes. It turned out to be a small bug had gotten into the unit and caused the switch to turn off. I was very happy because I thought I was going to have to go all night without AC. Thank you to all the Hammond employees who have been here when I needed help. great. He was very knowledgeable and had my air going in no time.

First Chris tried to replace the coupler and that did not solve the problem. So I went with a new hot water heater, as the old one was about 20 years old already. They had the old one out and new one in in about 2 hours. I would definitely hire them again.
