I called to get a quote because I lost my car key and the man on the phone was very rude and just kept asking the same questions over and over. I will NOT be using their service

If i could give this business zero stars I would. I called and set up an appointment. When I hadn't heard from the tech prior to him getting here, I called the main number. The receptionist said he was running behind and would call shortly. An hour later when I hadn't heard from him I called the main number back. A different receptionist was extremely rude and said they had tried to call me all day. I told them that wasn't possible as my cell phone had been in my hand all day and i had no missed calls. I told her that i had to take a day off of work to be here for my appointment and she just kept saying they had been calling me and i should have answered my phone. VERY POOR customer service. She was rude, i lost a day off of work and i am now having to find another locksmith. Do not call this business if you value your time and don't want to have it wasted and them flat out lie to you when they make a mistake.
