The 21 yr old vents on my roof were worn out and allowed water to pour out of my bathroom exhaust fan and I had a lot of water on my bathroom floor. Erick responded immediately to my project and came out the next day. He showed me pics of the before (what was happening) and after (the new vents installed )and charged a reasonable price and completed the job within an hour.
