I met with several waterproofing reps but I was impressed with Allens professionalism: he explained what the work entailed, shared a diagram of the area to be covered based on his quote, and even showed me a sample of the poly sheeting to be used. He and his team worked diligently. The only reason I did not give a 5 is that they had to come back and resolve a problem. Stuff happens, but it is how a business recovers that I remember. Vanguard was on point. They did not hesitate to return to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that return trip left me with a large amount of additional dust to clean-up. I would definitely use them again and have already told others about them. It has been about a year and I am enjoying my dry basement. I highly recommend Vanguard for their conscientious and dependable work.

Vanguard's price was between two other waterproofing company. But I chose them because of the owner's honesty and professionalism. When I asked each company about competitors, Vanguard is the only company that refused to discuss the competitors. That speaks volumes. The work was clean and they explained each item on my property they were using. After the first hard rain, I checked the crawlspace and it was dry and cool. While the exterior water was running away from the home as it was drawn in their sketch for me. Finally, they offered a payment plan that was flexible. I had an overwhelming sense of peace when I selected Vanguard. That peace was confirmation that I had selected the right company. I have no regrets.

Allen arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and gave us a reasonable estimate. Gabriel and his crew worked their butts off in pouring rain to provide a waterproof system for our home. This company is great! I highly recommend them!

I had most every company come out to quote this project, both big and small. Most wanted to provide me some one size fits all solution, but my house was built in the 70 s and needed more. Vanguard s team was the only one to come in and truly look at my home and my situation and then truly work to create a solution to fix all of my home s issues. When the day to begin work arrived they called the day before to remind us and then showed up on time and did so every day. They respected my house while they were here and always were courteous and polite when here. But what you all care about is the work, and it was Amazing! They even stayed late to finish one day because the forecast was calling for another crazy few days of rain. Every step of the way, from getting the quote to enjoying the finished product Vanguard made me feel like I was their #1 priority. I have already passed their information along to clients and will continue to do so. If you need anything waterproofing related for your home, do yourself the favor of hiring Vanguard Great Work! Highly recommend. When I first called this company, I was in a panic because my basement was actively flooding. I was lucky because they had an opening and they came out the same day. It took me some time to make a decision after shopping around, I returned to them. I m so glad that I did. Honest, reliable, quality work.

The technician arrived early in the morning, had all of the necessary tools and materials with him. The job was finished in a couple of hours, and the work is very satisfactory. There were no additional costs.

We just had the work completed today. Alan and his team were knowledgeable and clear as to what needed to be done. The price was affordable which made it easy to aggressively deal with the issue at hand and as another reviewer stated, their execution was exceptional.

We cannot say if the job has been done until It rains .... That will be the ultimate test. I can say that they know there business and They were a polite n respectful group.
