Residential Garage Doors

Our technician, Jayme, diagnosed the problem immediately and was knowledgeable about our existing Garage Door System.  He  explained why the newly proposed torsion bar/spring system would be a better long term solution.  He installed everything in a timely manner and cleaned up before he left.  He provided an assessment of the remaining system and went over the warranty, thoroughly.  Although their price was higher than other quotes we acquired, we were pleased with the service and would use them again.

I noticed the technician working on a neighbor's garage.  I inquired to him about repairing my garage door.  Upon inspection of the work he had completed for my neighbor, I asked him to do my repairs.  He arrived early, which was great, and completed the work efficiently.  He also reinforced the doors to help prevent future damage.  Unfortunately, there is no warranty on the work, but I am satisfied with it and would recommend him.
