Description of Work: It took 2 project managers, 3 teams of contractors and 3 months to complete this kitchen remodel. The first attempt at laying the tile floor had to be pulled up and re-laid by an outside professional tiler. All of the upper cabinets were hung and rehung several times before the 3rd group of contractors came in, pulled it all down AGAIN and hung them correctly. In the end, we got a kitchen we are happy with, but not without a lot of aggravation.

Description of Work: The roofer that came to give us an estimate and tell us exactly what the problem was did not do a good job. He could not climb onto our porch roof because he was afraid he was too heavy and the roof would not support him. The problem was at the back of the roof. He indicated he could not see the problem from the ladder and gave me a "verbal list" of what could be wrong. He e-mailed me an estimate of $700.00. Called another roofer out who was able to climb onto the porch roof and fixed it for $425!!!

+ -1 moreThey were very professional and even though it looked like it was going to rain, they put a tarp on the roof. They were very upfront and I cant say enough about them. The way they handled themselves and their work was outstanding. They also cut a hole in the wall and made sure to dry out everything with a dehumidifier and fan so no mold would grow.
Description of Work: They fixed a leaky roof and repaired the ceiling.

I would recommend them to other people even though I did not use them. I would consider using them in the future.

+ -1 moreThey tore off the old roof and installed four sheets of new plywood. They put in ridge vent, put up the new shingles, and new gutters. They did an outstanding job with their attention to detail and their professionalism. They made sure the tear was cleaned up and had a dumpster on site. They used magnets to make sure no nails were left behind. The whole job was superior and the roof and gutters look great.
Description of Work: They reroofed the house and put up new gutters.
