I have used Gutter Pro for many years now. They come when expected, clean off my roof, and check gutters for any needs. They clean up after their work always. They are always polite and pleasant. As an elderly woman, itâ s not always easy for me to find such a competent and caring company. In December they collect Toys for Tots as they make their rounds. I appreciate their community values. I wonâ t use anyone else.

They are professional, timely, and easy to work with. They get the job done and clean up after they leave. I've been using them for years now.

Shane and his assistant came and performed a great job cleaning all the gutters, carport, soffitt and fascia in a timely manner. Added the porch deck at the last minute. The drop down menu does not have a cleaning choice. Will call back again for gutter cleaning.

Called and left a message requesting service on a Saturday - got a call back a few hours later and had service scheduled within the week. The crew came a cleaned the gutters while we were at work and emailed the invoice. Gutters were completely clean and there was not a trace that the crew had even been there. Will definitely continue to use.

I was told that I would get an email or phone call when the workers would be arriving at my home. The only way I knew they were there was when I saw them walking on my roof.

From the point of contact I had to wait 3 days excluding the weekend for them to come. Then on the agreed date for service they did not arrive until 3:40 pm. The Technician informed me I was their last customer for the day, I told them where the outside water facets were in the event they needed to use them. They were at my home for a total of about (6) minutes. Then they left without a word. When i turned on my computer they had promptly sent me an invoice for the services rendered..?? The next day I spoke with the owner about my experience, paid the company but I will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEIR service again.
