Called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Very professional and efficient. Even left my place cleaner than when they arrived.

I was very pleased. They phoned to let me know they were on the way. They were quick, did a great job of cleaning the gutters, and equally important to me, they cleaned up the debris and blew it to a natural area behind my house, at my request. They also cleared 2 (or maybe 3?) downspouts that were clogged with debris. Other cleaners I used in the past have not done that so I was very pleased they took the extra time to do that as well. Would definitely recommend them based on my recent experience.

Gutter Pro arrived at the work site in a timely manner. They were able to clean my gutters that were at least two stories off the ground by walking the roof to get to the difficult sections. I was impressed.

I struggled on this rating, because they responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduled the service quickly--so that aspect of customer service was great. But the service itself was probably the sloppiest gutter cleaning I've had. They blew all the debris off the roof and then blew it all right into my flower beds. Left big mounds of leaves at the bottom of the gutters. I paid for the skylights to be cleaned and can't tell they did anything with them. When they emailed me the bill they charged me twice--they quickly corrected it when I pointed out the error, but when I shared in my email how disappointed I was in their service, I never got a response. I had other quotes and these guys were the lowest price--but next time I will pay more and hope for a better quality service experience . . . and will also schedule it when I can be at home to supervise. I spent two hours cleaning debris out of my flower beds and yard after these guys--won't make that mistake again.

I did not receive a call with an estimated time of arrival. They just showed up right after a major down pour of rain and started blowing out wet debris from the gutters. I would have appreciated a call ahead of time and a chance to reschedule. Wet debris was stuck all over windows and door. A poor attempt was made to rinse it off with my hose. I called the owner who basically gave me a lot of excuses. He said he would send out someone to pressure wash the dirty areas left behind. I haven't heard from him since. I was basically left with their mess to clean up. I can't recommend this company based on my bad experience and the unprofessional way that the owner handled this.

The work was done quickly and professionally. There was no mess left behind. I wasn't home when they came out but my wife says it took them no more than 15 -20 min. Given my house is a 2200sq. ft. ranch I thought that was pretty fast. I would hire them again when the time comes.

if it had NOT been for Gutter Pro..I probably would NOT have known of the hole in my garage roof..all the way thru!

They were great! Very professional, and recommended work that I already knew needed attention. They gave me a very good price.
