Very fast. They made it on time. Service was fast. Gave us a discount since the work was not much.

They came when they said they would, and they cleaned the gutters and downspouts quickly.

We hired them for downspout help. We had just had another company do the same thing but did not resolved the problem. These guys were very professional on the phone as well as in person. Their price was absolutely reasonable AND they give a warranty and tested their work. The other company was double the price, did not test their work and no warranty. I would highly recommend these guys.

Shane came out and cleaned our house gutters yesterday. He was very professional both on phone and in person. They arrived on time and began working immediately and cleaned up all debri. I am waiting to see how the gutters perform after the next hard rain. Shane assures me that if there is any problem they will come back out if needed.

Part of this job involved removing my gutter screens. Gutter pro forgot to do so. I called and asked them to come back and remove the screens, and they promised to do so. While I gave them time to work it into their schedule, I have allowed them plenty of time to keep their promise. To date, 6/4/2013, the screens have not been removed. When they do remove the screens, I'll change my choice - Would you recommend them to a friend or colleague from no to yes.

Shane and another young man from Gutter Pro came to the house the next day after I placed an order. They cleaned my clogged downspouts in less than 40 minutes, very efficiently and quickly. When it rained next day, all the rain water was coming down the spouts, not the house walls or overflown gutters. Excellent job, overall, and Shane is very polite and thorough in explaining what and how needs to be done.

Gutter Pro called me immediately after placing the service request, and Shane was very courteous and informative. I read many positive reviews, and called him back shortly to set up an appointment for a couple days later. He did an excellent job and was very helpful in targeting a drainage issue with a gutter and suggesting ways to help drain moisture away from the house. He was quick and efficient. Reasonable price was an important plus, also. Would definitely do business with again.
