When I hired the company, they didn't ask whether I had a gutter guard on my gutters. Not blaming them at that point since it was a phone call discussion. However, when they came out and actually saw the job, they never mentioned that they were NOT going to clean the gutters. They just blew the leaves off the roof and blew the surrounding area. I contact the company after the job was done and asked why the gutters weren't cleaned. After the explanation, I attempted to rectify by having them quote me on fixing/replacing the fascia and soffit and painting in hopes to work something out. Her agreed. No estimate to date, but got the bill for their leaf blowing.

Shane was super friendly and explained everything up front and nothing was hidden. There was even a loose gutter that he hammered in for me. Was even great about cleaning up what he blew out from my gutters.

My call was answered promptly. I was given a quote over the phone based on my estimate, and it was the price that I paid. It was done on time, and I have now regular cleanings scheduled. I also had pressure washing done by Shane. It was an outstanding job! I can't say enough of how kind and understanding and careful he was. It was amazing. I'd definitely recommend this company.

Great Job! Justin and Anthony were very professional. They called ahead and showed up on time. They did a thorough job cleaning all my gutters (and the back ones were visibly clogged), clearing the downspouts, and did a fantastic job leaving the area spotless! Afterwards, they took the time to discuss their observations and made suggestions (consistent with those we were already aware of and not as an attempt to sale something not needed). The price was well below other quotes and I would definitely use and recommend them again!!!

Do not hesitate to hire Gutter Pro! Called after a very rainy day and Customer Service was efficient and I had an appointment within five days. The pro they sent was a very polite and efficient worker named Wade. He explained everything he did and cleaned up all debris! Problem nicely solved!
